Dr. Alan Oglesby is by far the BEST PRIMARY CARE doctor my husband has had. He’s very thorough takes his time and does the best he can for his patients!! My husband hopes to stay with him forever as his primary care doctor!! JLGreen

Dr. Oglesby is a superb physician. Kind, compassionate, and never rushes. He explains everything in a way that you can understand. Your health is his primary concern and I am so glad he is my Doctor!

Dr Oglesby is very knowledgeable and has great bedside manners. The front desk staff could be more courteous and get some help with phone ethics. Their commitment , compasion and care will improve significantly the awesome job Dr. Oglesby do for his patients.

I visited your website and it clearly states you are accepting new patients. I called the # ending in 5245 to ask if you take my insurance UHC HMO-POS. The lady told me she did not know and suggested I call my insurance to find out. My insurance stated you accepted my insurance after 5 to 10 minutes on the phone. I called your office and they said you were booked out until September and to call # ended in 1485 to set up a new patient appointment and they would work with me. The man who answered said you were taking one new patient a year and were booked out for the entire year!!! This man gave me no options and basically turned me away. Your calendar on line in your web site shows openings here and there over the next several months. So your calendar and accepting new patients is wrong. Please update your website as it has cost me a lot of my personal time relying on the incorrect info on your website. I did fill out a request for appointment on your website incase the information I was provided by the individuals I spoke with was incorrect. I will be notifying AARP UNC that you are not taking new patients until next year.

Dr. Oglesby and his staff are excellent. Dr Oglesby is courteous, very experienced and has great bedside manners. We would never go to anyone else!

Had a great first appointment with Dr. Oglesby, he & his staff were very polite & made the experience a pleasure. I highly recommend Dr. Oglesby, he's very thorough!

Dr. Oglesby never rushes. He remembers everything about my history. He gives a more thorough skin screening than Dermotologist. He reminds me of things about myself that I had forgotten. He proceeds cautiously, yet is not an alarmist. His office is very clean. The nurse and the desk attendant are always patient and thorough. If I call with something I consider to be urgent: they always manage to fit me in somehow. After I have been to specialists: Dr. Oglesby always interprets their findings very simply. The doctor and staff are great!
