List of Christine Garrett's Reviews
Lucky,I had to give a 1star.. This place has the most incompetent staff. The front desk staff most likely don't even have their medical, licenses /certificates or any education in fact. They falsify records, cancel appointments for when they need to eat their donuts, or would like to go home due to such a harsh work environment. You can see the embarrassment on Garett’s face with the stupidity that he has to deal with at his own office.. Nobody can come up with any solutions, just excuses and lost paperwork, they just run around like chickens with their heads cut off. Which was amusing at first, but come on ladies. Take some medical classes, or etiquette training….learning your job is the least you could do. The offices smells like a hot fart when you walk in, so brace yourself as you walk through the door. This office is disgusting. There are definitely some HIPAA violations and health codes violations that they need to take more seriously. (Yes,I have made reports) The Garrett's are not much better, he is to concerned about medical lingo and acting like a Disney character Than actually taking care of his patients. He says he also works at the VA. I doubt he is helping there either. This office just seems like they hire people off the street, and the doctors just give you a referral or prescription, after you wait for an hour or more.. Run from this place! JB (former victim of medical negligence) by this office. (I’m sure if you call the office they will be happy to provide you with my address and phone number since they don’t follow any HIPAA laws. Both Christine and Patrick Garrett our responsible
If you want your medication written wrong if you want your referrals not to be done if you want test ordered wrong if you want your test not to be ordered at all if you want to be hung up on when your call if you don’t want anyone to call you back if you don’t want to be examined if you want a doctor to see and hear that you can’t breathe and do nothing or order any medication to help you if you want to be spoken to as though you have no mind and know nothing and heaven for bid if you should show or say anything to prove you do know something by asking questions or suggestions you’ll be severely reprimanded for doing so if you want to be treated rudely by the office staff if you want to sit for one or two hours past your appointment time then see Dr. Christine Garrett
Best doctor I've seen in over 20 years. Very attentive. Actually cares about patients. Truly a rare find in today's healthcare system.
This practice cares little for patient customer service. I waited a month for biopsy results only to finally be told that IF the results are “normal” the office does NOT call. Additionally, I got a bill from a provider (Quest) and called the practice to make sure the insurance information was submitted correctly. After leaving several messages, I finally spoke to a human at Quest, only to learn that my insurance information had been left off of the claim. (Never a call back from the practice)! Add to all of this, long waits when you show up for an appointment… Really, find an alternative place for Internal Medicine!
My wife and I just left Dr. Christine Garrett's office very angry after she arrogantly told me that she didn't want to hear about my different opinion about Cholesterol and its role in heart health, that I adhered to from a book I brought to her office that she called a "stupid little book". I have spent the last 10 years researching my health and have transformed it with Dr. Sinatra's help, and other very credible heart specialists that agree with this general way of thinking, (more new age, not old school) The book in question was "The Great Cholesterol Myth" a best seller written by Dr. Stephen Sinatra, MD, F.A.C.C. and Jonny Bowden. PHD , both renown specialists in their field. Perhaps they are too new age in their thinking for Dr. Garrett to consider yet, let alone discuss with me, just a stupid patient. It's one thing to differ it's another to insult me and categorize my views as stupid. I recommend the book for everyone to read, including you Dr. Garrett. Bye Bye Dr.
Con: Wait times can sometime be long Perfect, no one’s perfect, certainly good enough for me, and in the past I have bounced between both Dr C and Dr P. Pro: Comes to hospital after admittance thru ER. Saved me twice with correct diagnosis in last 3 years I can grumble but when I need them they are there with the answers.
Love Love Love Dr Garrett she Takes her time and listens to my concerns. Answers my questions with kindness and patience. She has a sense of humor which I really liked. Her office is busy. Wait time might be a little longer than when your appointment is but she is worth the wait. I finally have a Dr that doesn’t rush her time with me. So when your waiting a little longer in the waiting room. Just know when it is your turn for her to see you. Your going to get the time and care that you need. I would recommend her 100%.
I have been here many times but finally got fed up with the lack of respect she has for her patient's time. I waited over an hour PAST my actual appointment time. There's being thorough and then there's wasting time. I have momentarily switched to her husband. The front office staff (support staff) are very rude and don't mind putting you on hold, never to return. I guess it's the trickle down affect. She doesn't respect anyone's time so neither do her staff.
My criteria in rating a doctor is; 1) if they are smarter than me 2) if they studied at above average schools 3) if they are up on the latest trends in medicine 4) if they offer sound advice and solutions Doctor Christine Garrett gets an 'A' in all categories.
I have never had a Doctor Who is more complete, more understanding and has time to actually listen to me than Dr Garrett. I trust her with my life literally ! So happy that I finally found a competent Doctor Who cares

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
