Concierge Care's Online Review Report Card

Concierge Care took care of My Mother when I decided We needed a little help with her. She was in her 80's and We needed help.The caregivers really outdid themselves with My Mother! They were friendly, on time, and most of all patient! My Mother had dementia and asked the same questions over and again. They would answer the questions the third time the same as they did the first time. I like the fact that all of the caregivers are vetted and thoroughly back ground checked. Something important in this day and age of abuse of the elderly. The nurse spent awhile at moms home, assessing her needs and getting to know her. Mom is no longer with us ❤️We will definitely let others know about the services they provided.

Cannot say enough good things about Concierge Care. My 100 year-old, WWII Vet father's normal home aide service could not cover him over the Christmas weekend. Desperate, I reached out to Concierge Care and they responded quickly and professionally. After working with them on last minute solutions, I realized how deficient his current providers are. Will make a change to Concierge Care. Highly recommended.

I am sharing my input on behalf of another.... I only met with one person so I cannot give a 5 star on everyone's service....Some employees were good according to my friend, some really good. But there were some who were not. More that were not according to her. My friend has a high standard and expects everyone to comply when she is paying for it. Problem is, she lets you know in a very brasen way.... It's her right as she always says.... I understand where she is coming from.But from my perspective, not meeting with any care workers, only Carmen Tullius, I found her attitude to be exemplary... Than you Carmen....

My mom was in the hospital for 12 days followed by 10 days at a rehab center. She was miserable at the rehab. I was very concerned because I was informed by the rehab that my mom was confused mentally, at risk for falling, and would not be able to manage even simple things like being able to go to the bathroom by herself so 24 hour care would be needed. I really wanted to bring my mom home but needed to find nursing care 24/7. I looked up 24 hour nursing care at home on the internet and found Concierge Care. Not knowing anything about them I asked my mom’s primary care physician about them. He said they have a great reputation. He highly recommended them and said you will really like them. I was grateful to bring my mom home.From the beginning to the end the communication from the Concierge Care team is excellent. My first contact with Concierge was Theresa Agrella, RN. She was friendly, professional and communicated the care and concern you want when faced with issues where 24 hour care is needed. Theresa thoroughly answered all my questions. I signed the agreement and had my mom discharged from the rehab. Concierge assigned 2 staff that would be 12 hour shifts each. The 2 staff happened to be sisters, Alyah & Alexus Anthony. These two are quite the team. They are competent, caring, patient and very responsive. Alyah worked the day shift is extremely personable and Alexus worked the night shift and is quiet and reserved which works very well at night. They updated each other and me on each shift change. They would answer any questions whenever it came up and were always very encouraging. They are considerate and attended to my mom like she was their mom. Your loved one would be in very good hands with Concierge Care and especially these two CNA’s. I highly recommend them. The care my mom received was exceptional.

We came from out of town to care for my Mother-in-law after her fall which broke her elbow and fractured her hip.Bianca and Theresa answered all my texted questions and were able to have professional , kind, helpful staff to help us along and also give me a bit of a break each day from caregiving.Amanda was also helpful when the CNA's were delayed or sick assisting via text or telephone communication in locating another CNA to cover the shift.I am so happy we were referred to Concierge Care Palm Coast.Bianca, Theresa and Amanda as well the CNA's are Pro's and worth every penny.
