I had never been to s Cardiologist before ,I was meet with this gentleman with a with smile and he told me his me name and shake my hand ,after that I felt comfortable. . Very easy to understand and talk to ,want a rush job . I left there feeling so much better ,and due to the fact heart problems runs in my family with the woman ,I had just put my oldest daughter to rest from a this and my Dr was worry also cause my daughter was just ,49 years old . Do yes I'm very happy with Dr . Grech ,Thank you Dr Grech

I looked everywhere for a decent cardiologist and had the worst luck finding one. Until I met Dr. Grech. He's patient, he listens, he explains things in laymen terms so anyone can comprehend what's going on. It's hard for me to trust doctors. I've had bad experiences in the past on some real winners (idiots). A lot of doctors here in Florida , are awful. One misdiagnosed me and put me on medications that almost killed me. I was a mess when I went into Dr Grechs office. Immediately, he adjusted and changed some of my medications and within the course of a few months, I was flying straight again and Living my life. My one minor issue with him is that he's that good of a doctor, he's quite busy. I've had to reschedule twice in two years because he worked the hospital rather than his office. It's a small price to pày being under his care. At least I know, if I become in such poor health that I became hospitalized, I know he'll be there for me. You won't regret using him. He's F'n awesome!!

When Mr. Obama told us we didn't have to change doctors, I did have to. I'm so glad I found Dr. Grech! He's a very knowledgeable man with insight into what's happening with me. My father's side of the family has serious heart issues and Dr. G. helps me to stay ahead of problems. It's easy to get an appointment and this office staff and techs are very nice. I fell very blessed to have my Dr. David Grech.

Went in for an echo cardiogram. Angel was the the tech that does this.. and she was completely rude. Had a horrible attitude, I was holding my mask up to take a breathe and she told me that her uncle just died from Covid. That I could not touch my mask.( Which then explained the reason for her attitude) if you have things going on at home that you can’t function at your job properly or have proper customer care then you should not come to work!! Because the way that I was treated was absolutely unbelievable. I have been going to the cardiologist for five years! I’ve never experienced something like this in this office the doctor is amazing as well as the girls at the desk! If you were scheduled to have it anything done there from this technician I would most definitely ask to see a different one!!

Dr Grech is an awesome Heart Dr and his staff is very professional especially Tiffany , Taura, Lynette and the whole office staff ! What a pleasure going to the Heart & Vascular Center in Palm Coast , Florida ! Highly recommend ! 5 Stars

I am very satisfied with Dr. Grech. He was recommended to me by a friend who has been going to him for a while. I feel quite confident in Dr. Grech. He explained my condition to me it was in a way I could fully understand, asked if I had any questions and I did not feel like I was being rushed out of the office. His staff that I have come in contact with have always been friendly and professional.

D. Grech is fantastic. Husband had a visit with him recently. Dr. Grech takes his time and explains everything. Happy we found him. Doesn't rush you out of your visit until he knows you have asked everything. So glad we were told about First Coast Heart & Vascular.

We were satisfied with Dr. Nanavoti when he first treated us. He was helpful and offered good suggestions. Our last visit was NOT good. It was not a scheduled appointment because our next appointment was weeks away, but he consented to see us. When he came into the examining room, he did not sanitize his hands or wear gloves, and he never examined or touched me. The visit lasted about 15 minutes, 5 of which were spent looking for a flashlight. We rather quickly switched to Dr. Grech who was welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, and he gave us all the time we needed to inform him of the issues We are more than satisfied and certainly grateful to have found this practice.
