I had surgery on my left shoulder still in pain. Two weeks I find out when they did the surgery they noticed a tear on another muscle but did not repair it. I was told if I was an athlete or day laborer they would have. The sad thing is i am a day laborer. So after my second surgery two weeks! I am out of pain and doing well of course another Dr. NOT HAPPY.

Waited one and a half hours no Dr.Alter. It was at least one half hour after x-ray sitting in exam room waiting for Doctor. Probably longer. When decided to leave staff acted as they did not even care. Told me I could make an appointment at front desk. Told front desk leaving after waiting 1and 1/2 hours. They were uninterestedtuninterested me to have a nice day.

Dr. Alter and has staff is the best. Dr. Alter is such a caring person. Best surgeon ever. Have had knee and shoulders replaced with him. ❤

Excellent Excellent doctor..been going for cortisone shots for years..once those stopped working I did total knee replacement. I was in horrible horrible bone on bone pain.limping due to bow legged..I am happy to say .11 weeks later no pain. He even prays with you before the surgery if you want which I did. The process before and after surgery is great..they handle most things. You have to put in the work after surgery..if you do he is such an excellent surgeon that your outcome will be highly successful.

Dr.Alter is a great doctor ,had my shoulder surgery on July 27th he did a great job .My issue is with the office staff very unprofessional and untruthful .they will put information in your file which is incorrect ,cancel your appointments without you even knowing and don't have any apologies or explanation for it. Patients be aware!!!!!!!

Dr.Dennis Alter is the best! He did amazing job my hip replacement June 08 2020.Dr Alter is a very kind, caring and Gadly man.Thankyou for an exellent outcome with my hip surgery.

Dr. Ulter is amazzing! I get many compliments on my knee on the surgery he did. He even prays with u before surgery with your permission of course. I am a christian so definitely . Advent hospital in Palm Coast was amazing..highly recommend. You have to take a covid test can you believe other hospitals in area didnt even ask for that..co worker never had to at other hospital.for her surgery.very unresponsible. The only complaint I have is the aftercare..three weeks Emily wants you off the pain meds..its hard..it hurts its painful. I know there are Florida laws and maybe that was it but way to early!!! My PT suffered..she did offer pain management but didnt want to go that route.I was scared they would keep me on for $....so suffered through it..I am still suffering in pain 10 weeks out...but as DR Ulter once told me this too shall pass..he is excellent surgeon and I am doing better than most at where I am just wish aftercare was better with Emily..
