I have been a patient of Dr Don for six years now. He and his staff have been attentive to my needs in medical care and following Medicare Guidelines. They have answered my call for help during all medical emergencies. When Dr Don cannot see me, Robert Perri an ARNP Advanced sees me. He is a brilliant Dr. Both are and Dr Don's assitant Cathi are excellant and especially compassionate about my health. You wont find any better !

It has taken me a long while to write a review, as the loss of my grandfather was deeply upsetting to my family. Dr Alfonso was my grandfather's primary care physician for more than 15 years. He was seen by Dr Alfonso often, sometimes on more than a monthly basis for ailments, check ups, and blood work. Despite going frequently, my grandfather died of lung cancer less than one month after he was diagnosed. At this point the cancer was beyond stage 4. Due to his failure to detect this cancer in a more timely manner, Dr Alfonso stripped the option of treatment and caused him to die violently, as he literally died drowning in his own blood. If you have a loved one that is in the care of this man please go elsewhere for your care as you could be receiving a misdiagnosis. My grandfather was originally diagnosed with a hernia by Dr Alfonso when it was in fact this cancer . It is sad that someone can either not care enough , or be skilled enough to make such a mistake and still continue to practice medicine. Please reconsider your options.

I have been going to Dr. Alfonso for about 15 years if not more. He has been the best Primary physician anyone could ask for. He is very attentive to your needs, and quick to refer you if necessary but gives you all the attention you need.
