Dr. Alexandra Kostick's Online Review Report Card

I was extremely impressed with the care I received at Atlantic Eye Center by Dr Kostick and her staff. I have a very long history of eye problems and have seen several good ophthalmologists through the years but Dr Kostick gave me the most through exam I have ever received. Her staff is well trained, pays great attention to sterilization techniques, and are all friendly and polite.

I was given a very professional eye examination. I was asked if I had any eye issues, waiting time was appropriate, had my mask, employees were cooperative, and the premises were clean, and eye appealing. I give you 6 stars, smile.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Not only was my grandmothers appointment running over an hour late, but my grandmother who is very sick with cancer going through chemotherapy is vomiting in the waiting area while waiting to be seen, and is told there's nothing that can be done and she just needs to wait. Fast forward to actually seeing Dr. Kostick, she was incredibly rude and cold. Not a "how are you?" or "how's it going?" Paid little to no attention to my grandmothers questions. Just brushed everything off. Very unwelcoming and will not be returning here. Take your business elsewhere!!

I recently had cataract surgery. Kudos to everyone there! The staff is helpful and friendly. John can turn any day into a better day. Dr. Kostick shares her knowledge readily. She definitely wants each person to receive the best possible visual outcome. Thanks for being so thorough!

Hi marks for Dr. Kostick she is an outstanding surgeon with outstanding calm and thorough demeanor with superior vision results. Technical staff is also thorough and professional. I found the office manager (Dolores) to be harsh to the point of being toxic towards customers and to the rest of the office staff. I came very close to avoiding the office completely and going to another eye doctor because of her. Scheduling is broken. Wait times for scheduled appointments were often greater than an hour. I got through the tunnel and am thrilled with the result; many thanks to Dr. Kostick and the technical staff!!!

I have been going to Atlantic Eye Center for almost three years after relocating from NJ. Dr. Kostick and her staff are excellent. My eye problem is a bit unusual and they have walked me through it with outstanding care and concern. Dr. Kostick’s immediate diagnosis of my problem, after years of question marks, put me on the correct path for correction. I recommend her and this office/staff to anyone looking for excellent eye care. Very grateful.

I had a good experience at Dr Kostick’s practice. I had cataract surgery. Professional staff and Dr Kostick took time to explain the surgery and the options. She worked with me to get the best outcome to serve my needs. The day after each surgery I was called by her staff to check on my health. I appreciate the amount of effort they spent to make me comfortable and keep me informed. The pre-op details can be overwhelming, but the staff here knows how to keep you organized and informed every step of the way. I appreciate the written explanations, itemizations, and follow-ups that kept me on track all the way through post-op and beyond.
