Very rarely do you hear good reviews vs. bad so I had to write a quick note to help others to make a more informative decision on choosing the right facility. Brooks Rehab is an excellent facility. The staff are professional and friendly. I only had about 3 sessions here but the information and tips that were provided along with the wonderful therapy have helped to guide me with making adjustments in my every day activities. Bethany was wonderful

Just want to say thank you to this group of professionals....from Jill at the front desk to Ashley Bethany Chris and Dianna. They are all such a pleasure to work with. They all are truly very caring and kind not to very knowledgeable.I felt that I was taken care of very well.Thanks to all of the BROOKS team for putting me back into some kind of shape ❤️😎

the technicians are very considerate warm and understanding. They one when the exercises were challenging and made sure I got the heat therapy to relieve any stress and relax my muscles.

I have been here several times and most likely will be back some time in the future. I highly recommend them. The staff from Jill at the front desk to Bethany Ashley Chris and Dianna are all such a pleasure. I have worked with them all and they were nothing but kind caring and knowledgeable in their job. I have gone to Brooks for hand neck and back injuries and they have helped me every time. Staff is very professional knowledgeable and works within the patients limits which is critical to avoid more injury.

I have had back problems for years. After 3 operations I finally found relief through the therapy they provided. For the first time in years I can do almost anything without nagging back pain. I would highly recommend to anyone. Knowledgeable therapists congenial staff clean environment.

I have been to 3 other physical therapists and I must say this is absolutely the best experience I have had. A very caring and knowledgeable team with stellar service. Stephanie Diana and Jill are superb at their jobs.

I cancelled their services after they failed to provide even basic details such as time of home visits etc. The coordinator blew her cover by being curt with me when I refused to cave in to her line of reasoning which was basically let me fix this after she and her coworkers already had been given ample opportunity to do so and were causing my elderly and very Ill mother a great deal of anxiety.

Poor service.
