Dr. Ceballos is only good to be used as urgent care. He will not attempt to handle most health conditions and will tell you you need another doctor. Appointments are rushed with little explanation of conditions you are experiencing.

Dr. Ceballos is a wonderful family physician who always gets back to you should you have a problem. And his staff is very good at trying to squeeze you if possible in if you REALLY need to see the Doctor. I highly recommend him.

I've been his patient for about 10 years, and I was able to over look his professional shortcomings because he was a nice guy. Long story short, I have a chronic condition that causes me serious pain and makes it so I'm barely able to work part-time. Annually, he's required to fill paperwork for my employer documenting my complaints and symptoms and who he's referred me to for evaluation and treatment. He doesn't like doing this paperwork and tries to pass it off to the other doctors and make excuses as to why he's unqualified to fill out this paper work if he can't find a prior record of the form to copy and paste. What the form is requesting is literally what's in a primary care doctor's job description and makes them the proper doctor to fill out the forms. Thanks to lack of care he took with my records, these forms, and myself instead of filing for early disability retirement I'll be losing 11 years of federal service and forced to resign or be fired.
