Avoid this place at all costs...worst experience with a Dr and his office i have ever encountered. Nothing explained as he continues to spend your money. Office staff were awful and didn't return calls...ended up going to Baptist MD Anderson to get the proper care. Don't waste your time here. They call themselves Advanced Urology, but all you get here is 3rd world care

PLEASE INFORM DR DANN THAT I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY PRESCRIPTIONS THAT HE GAVE TO ME. I HAVE CALLED THE OFFICE NURSE ON 3 OCCASSIONS TO INQUIRE....NO RESPONSE! I DIDN'T MISS AN APPOINTMENT...I HAD NO REASON TO BE THERE WITHOUT THE SCRIPTS AND ASSOCIATED BLOOD WORK! I AM NOT HAPPY !!!

I like Dr. Dann. Folk her are very nice when I come in. But getting a script for something important refilled shouldn't be so difficult. Good luck phoning this place. And their answering service may eventually pick up...but expect to be abused.

Mom had to go to the hospital and was told she needs a operation on her Stents (they were just replaced by Dr epstein) and when I called Dr danns office to possibly talk or leave a message the receptionist totally didn't listen to my concerns and was very rude and in the middle of our conversation hung up on me. I called mom back and told her not to agree to anything until they spoke to me and I am waiting on mom's urologist Dr epstein to call me back.

Never seen the doctor at all. Had went to the hospital and was discharged and was instructed to follow up with this urologist. Had call in the morning but no one answered so ended going in person. Unfortunately when i arrived I was outside with one of the workers and a line just to speak with someone. I explain my situation which was uncomfortable since it was outside in public and long story short wasn't able to see the urologist without a appointment so they took down my info and would call with a update. Its been two weeks from that visit with no response and was dealing with my condition ever since. Ended up feeling better since then and use the internet for any answers i had. I would never recommend this office to any family or friends and are better off going to a urologist in Daytona beach.

Excellent care for prostate cancer and the treatment. Would recommend them with high honors. A special thanks to the team at AUI treatment facility. Great team all around from appointments to the actual treatment. Dr. Jeffrey Dann's staff excellent; with Dr. Dann leading the way. Thanks again to all.
