He has been my husband’s and my doctor for about 10 years. Great doctor.

Dr Bolla was my doctor for ten years until I moved out of state. He was always polite, compassionate and thoughtful. He explained everything thoroughly. I miss him a lot.

my 3 boys were dr bolla's patients for 20 years. l have been with him since 2013. he is amazingly cool for a stuffed shirt doctor. and, he and his staff r excellent in all areas. my true sadness started when l moved to nc from fl and had to find a new pcp here. oh well!! all things must end. He is the most rudest doctor i have ever seen. Went to him after being admitted at the hospital for a kidney stone . The hospital suggested him to follow up with after. So I went . As I waited over an hour in the room for him to come in,I heard him going over my chart in the hall with his staff. Mocking me saying my kidney stone wasn’t even big enough what isn’t she doing here? The nurse then tells him she’s also very dizzy and he says tell her to take an ibuprofen and go home! I cried

Good bedside manner. Did not rush. Answered questions to satisfaction.

Staff changed about 3 or 4 years ago. New people are great.

Dr. Bolla practices medicine with both academic knowledge and common sense, He listens to his patients and considers their concerns and conditions when making diagnoses and prescribing treatments. I am extremely pleased with the care I have received from Dr. Bolla and his staff.

Doctor Bolla is a superlative physician. He is patient with questions and gives very helpful and concise answers which are helpful, clear, and considerate of the patient's concerns. He always gives adequate time for me to ask questions and he is never in a rush to get me out of the office. This is very considerate. I have had a number of medical issues and have always received top notch medical care appropriate to my condition. He is very professional, courteous and friendly; genuine empathy.

Dr Bolla is a wonderful and knowledgeable doctor, however his office staff is totally incompetent. I really don't think he knows how bad they are. I've been waiting a month for a referral to a specialist. Each time I call, they say it has been taken care of. Then I call the specialist, and they tell me that they have been trying to get his staff to forward the appropriate documents to no avail.

I've seen Dr. Bolla for the past 13+ years or so. Very competent, very matter of fact, direct and honest. Offers treatment suggestions, and if I'm not comfortable with an option he will explain in better detail why he thinks it is a good idea or suggests an alternate. I feel like I have some control in my care. Old staff had some ... idiosyncrasies. They're not there any longer. New staff is very efficient, kind and always make me smile. Referrals are quick and painless, follow ups appointments are generally easy to schedule. Getting refills can sometimes be a problem, because they want the pharmacy to fax in a refill request, and it can sometimes take a couple days for the requests to be seen and answered. A quick and polite phone call to the nurse often resolves that issue. It was a monthly problem until I asked for multiple refills on my scripts. Now, no trouble at all, I just call in my refill a week early every three months or so. Dr. has never once talked down to me. He listens to my questions and suggestions on further options for treatment, even if they're patently ridiculous, he never laughs at me. I have yet to have an issue he couldn't figure out or was wrong about. Smart man. I just wish he took my new insurance plan.
