In 5 years as my "Primary Care Provider", I've never once seen or spoken to the actual doctor. You're always foisted off onto others who have many many reasons why nothing you need to be done can be done..by them anyway. Most unhelpful office ever.

Dr. Mantineo has a kind way about her and was thorough and caring throughout the examination. She listens to her patients and has practical and effective approaches to treatment. All of the support tech's were very kind and caring as well. The wait time was too long, however Dr. Mantineo's disposition makes up for it.

This office is a crying shame! No one follows through on anything.....test results.Insurance issues, questions for Dr.........nothing! You have to call call call and still no one does what they should be doing. Not to mention never waiting less than 2 hrs to see the Dr. After having Diagnostic test, whether x-rays or blood, you have to keep calling repeatedly to find any answers. Dr. is nice but not worth the fight!

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! I have been trying to rectify a miscoded billing to my insurance from my well check a year ago in May. No matter how many times the office says it will be corrected and resubmitted I am still calling the billing department to find out it is incorrect. They do not have an “in house” billing department, so you are forced to play middle man calling different numbers playing the he said she said game. I regret ever going to this office.
