I understanding patients leaving good reviews n recommending Dr.Modad, but calling the office and waiting over 5 mins on hold to be told abruptly , ‘you will have to go to the website first put all information in then we will confirm and get back to you’ and then and only then we’ll book you an appt the end of October Wow ! Why don’t you just put that on your recording so new patients can make a determination if they can wait 4 months and don’t have to keep calling .. receptionist was overwhelmed , and very short and abrupt . Thanks so much for being compassionate and caring ! So disheartening to see how medical industry is changing.
