Very kind and caring. Would recommend him to all my friends. Just had cataract surgery and he was so busy all day, but Dr Kennedy took the time to call me that night to see how I was doing. What a class act. Thanks Dr. Kennedy.

Unfortunately, my cataract was brittle and shattered throughout my eye during surgery. It has been almost 1 year, and I am still undergoing treatment and absorbing the cost. Cataract surgery is not always routine.

From a surgery standpoint, he is great. Tomoka follow up scheduling is poor. Had a six month follow up this morning only to be told that Dr Kennedy was on vacation. I was told by the receptionist, who discussed this with her “supervisor” that “ I was called on 3/11/21 to reschedule and didn’t answer.” First, I was home sick but would have answered the phone. Second, they should have left a message. Third, they should have kept trying to contact the patient (in my opinion) or at least sent an email. Overall, bad customer service by Tomoka!!

Dr. Kennedy was very professional, thorough and explained my issue clearly. I trusted his care since he referred me to a partner Dr that he felt would offer even more experience for my specific problem. I would visit him again and recommend him.

Banned from Tomoka due to questions I asked prior to operation . Said "doctor" was offended and proceeded to short circuit the surgery and my affiliation with Tomoka, He's a phony and should be banned himself. If you must , USE CAUTION ..

He is very professional. Listens to your concerns. Took the time to call himself the evening of my cataract surgery to make sure everything was okay. Dr’s don’t take the time anymore to add that personal touch. Would highly recommend Dr Kennedy. Everyone in the office is excellent!!

I was referred to Dr Kennedy by a friend; best referral ever! He is professional yet kind, caring, human and skilled! I had both cataracts removed with great results. The surgery center is awesome too! The surgery was easy; I asked not to have IV sedation. Anesthesia monitored me and if at any point I wanted drugs, they would give them. I did not; it was a short procedure, I never felt anything but a little pressure. Kudos to Dr Kennedy and his team! PS I am a nurse and have high standards!!!

Difficult to get an appointment and if you do, wait time could be as much as 1 1/2 hrs. He performed cataract removal and inserted restore lenses, my left eye has a constant issue but I can't get an appointment in a reasonable time. Looking for another doc.
