Matthew Dorman's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Dorman has been taking care of our family for years and has been nothing but top notch! Issues with staff shouldn't cloud your perspective with the man himself who is knowledgeable, patient, resourceful, and always goes the extra mile when need be. Cannot say enough great things about the man and the doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dorman's for several years and trust him completely. He is very down to earth, funny and treats you like a friend. Very caring and explains things so you understands. He never disregards your complaints. He will always try to seek an option to help, no matter how trivial it may be. I have been living in Kentucky for the last year and have made trips back just stay with him! I see people complain about his staff. I have always been treated very well by them. You have to remember they are a multifaceted office. Alot going on. Its not just a personal Dr. Office. Thank you Dr. Dorman for your care! Its appreciated more than you will ever know!!!

I have been a patient of Dr Dorman for many years, first as a cash patient, then finally as an insured patient. He and his staff have been nothing but caring, kind and extremely professional. Greatest Doctor in town, been seeing him for years.

As a healthcare professional myself, I received the most unprofessional and disrespectful phone call from one of his office staff that did not even properly introduce herself to me. She was incredibly rude with no compassion or empathy which is frowned upon when speaking with patients. Please reconsider your choice in office staff because some people are going through difficult and challenging times and do not need to spoken to in such a negative manner that could further deteriorate their state of mind. I highly recommend your staff be educated in how to appropriately speak to patients regarding sensitive matters.

Although my impression of Dorman had no negitive impression after 30 years being a patient the abusive treatment from his wife and assistant has no place in caring and my dismissal as a patient as I questioned my ability to be seen by Dorman in order to manage my care and allow my involvement in assessment of my needs dr Dorman I have issue prior and offered to seek a new provider in light of current issues that have been imposed the choice to sabotage my self instead of directly appealing my cooperation in serving your intent lead to unethical actions and I am disappointed and very hurt u would give such little regaurd compounded by the issues that I was presented prior as you surely were aware of does no make sense that’s not the impression of who I belive you are

If you want your pockets drained and never met Dr Dorman this is the place for you. If you want rude service and no help. This is the place for you. If you want to get the run around this is the place for you. If you are looking for a Dr. That knows who you are and will help you when you are very sick this is NOT the place you want to be. Please if you care about yourself or a loved one do not come to this Dr. They just want your money. Sad how Dr. Nowadays forgot that they are here to help the sick . They just worry about how much they can get from you.

Dr. Dorman, you are a great doctor but your office manager needs to go. Unfortunately she is your wife. You and my daughter always had a great repore for almost 10 years. Your office manager threw my daughter out of Your practice. What gives??? You had given my daughter a referral to a pulmonologist which she called to inquire about, since she did not hear anything from any pulmonologist , Kristin was rude, non caring, very offensive and disrespectful. Wife and or no wife how can you have someone like that work in your care.

He runs his office like anyone else that sees 600 patients per week and brags. Oh then he let's his office manager (wife) talk to patients however she wants, but then calls people in the reviews childish. Get over yourself maybe try and help like your oath states, and worry less about bragging on how many dollar signs, I mean patients come in per week!
