List of Muhammad Usmani's Reviews
This physician saw me 3 weeks ago. I need numerous referrals and 3 weeks later, nothing. Numerous unreturned phone calls. No progress with face to face walk-in to office.
Dr Usmani is an excellent Primary Care Doctor. He is very specific in the medications he prescribes, and he makes adjustments as necessary to ensure my numbers are where they should be. Previously, my bp numbers were in the 150/110, 140/100 range. I had become accustomed to those numbers. I knew they were terrible, but I just thought that was the way it was going to be for me. My Mom had high blood pressure, I just figured I would. He started me on a course of new meds, differing mgs, until we came to a perfect combination, and my bp numbers have been 117/77 or 120/82 or in that area. I NEVER thought I would have such appropriate bp numbers again. I check my bp every day and have never been above 130/90 since he has regulated my meds. I do owe this to Dr Usmani. Next we are working on better Lipid Panel numbers. I find him to be a kind, compassionate man and very professional Doctor. He truly loves what he does and is very pleased when he sees improvements in his patients.
Not sure why his score is so low... This Dr is really amazing. He's truthful and he's organized. He makes sure I'm up to date on my meds (which he doesn't just "prescribe")... He makes sure I'm up to date on my blood work and tests. He's my own medical organizer. He will walk you through your treatment plan. He's got a pleasant disposition and he tells you like it is, whether you want it sugar coated or not. Now, his staff... That's a different story. But, the ones he has now seem very professional. Don't punish a good doctor for not having the perfect staff.
He's been a great doctor , the AZA health group not so much .
We found Dr. Usmani over two years ago and he is a wonderful doctor who cares greatly and spends the necessary time with every patient, which every other doctor I have seen rushes in and hustles back out spending less than five minutes with you! His support nursing staff are very nice and pleasant as well, Maria and Angel are great! Thank you for being such a great doctor!!!
It’s pretty sad how people can talk it’s good and bad where ever you go experience each time you go. I have my good and bad each time. I go there with an individual but to be down grading the place. Dr office get busy so ye they don’t answer there phones all the time they don’t call back I get that which they should. Need to be more organized. As far as rudeness is concerned no need then shouldn’t be around people but they have there off days. I likes my dr but he harped on me enough. I liked him but it was time for me to change. Thank you for being my health care.
He doesn’t listen. Stares at his computer. Doesn’t seem like he genuinely cares about the patient. Every time I go in to be seen, he is all about talking about my weight. I can be in there for something totally different and all he can ever talk about is how I need to loose weight and be tested for diabetes which I just did a year ago. I can give you medicine for weigh loss. Ok I’ll try it. He never even sent the script
No way
He knew what meds I was on from day one. Told him one of the reasons to see him was because I wanted to go back on meds for an embarrassing issue I have had all my life. After an endless amount of tests, seeing a mental health care professional, he referred me to, he tells me A YEAR LATER, he won't write me the prescription because of the medication I am currently on, that he knew I was on all along! It took me a long time to get the courage to see a doc about this and it was all for nothing!
I went to this doctor about a year ago. Told him the medication that I was on and told him I wanted to go back on a medication for an embarrassing issue that I have had on my life. It took me a year to get the courage to go to the doctor about this issue . He sent me to a series of doctors, and he sent me to a mental health professional that he suggested. He told me he would give me the medication I needed as long as my specialist would write him a note saying it was okay for me to take this medication. After doing everything he wanted me to do, and a year has passed, he tells me he won't give me the medication because of the medication that I am currently on, that he knew about from day one. Every other doctor that I have seen told me that there is no issue with these medications and no reason why he can't give them to me. Apparently he's all about the money. All he had to tell me in the beginning was he didn't want me to take this medication with a medication that I am on and I would have found another doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
