Refused to see my children again after I politely mentioned I felt his treatment could have been more aggressive after my daughter was sick for over 6 weeks.Slow to prescribe antibiotics.

I took my 5 week old daughter to Dr Ng and he was very thorough and was genuinely caring toward her! He answered all my questions. I will be keeping him as my son and daughter’s pediatrician!

Dr. Ng is absolutely amazing! He genuinely cares for his patients and always wants the best for them. He is very knowledgeable and is always so kind and patient with answering any questions and explaining everything. I would highly recommend Dr.Ng as your child’s pediatrician.

Dr.Ng is amazing doctor. He has done such an amazing job with all three of our kids. He has been their pediatrician since they were all infants. He is patient, he listens to you about any concerns you have. You would love him!!

Dr. Ng and his staff have been awesome every time we’ve been there. There is little to no wait and Dr. Ng sits with us for as long as it takes to answer all our questions. I’m very happy my kids have him as their pediatrician.

If any of you take your children to Dr. Ng, I highly recommend you don't. My son is on prescription allergy medication, montelucast, that helps keep his asthma in check. He had no more re-fills, so I called to get it refilled. They said since he hasn't been in since in 6 months (it's been 6 1/2) , he needed to be seen. I told them I have a $6,000 deductible on my insurance that is not met yet and an office visit will cost me anywhere between $175-$300 because it's all out of pocket until we hit $6,000, since it's just allergy medicine and he still had allergies can they just re-fill. They said no, I asked to talk to the Dr, told them I'd come in if it was a free check, they said no. They'd call me back. They called me back and told me they can put me on a payment plan, I told them it's a waste of money just to get allergy medicine for an ongoing condition. They only care about the money, not the kids.

We have been with Dr. NG for five years. We absolutely love him and the staff. They are so friendly and always helpful to work my children in when they need to be seen. We have two children and Dr. Ng has become like family to us. We absolutely love him!
