Have been to Dr. Cashio twice. He is an excellent physician and takes the time to be informative and honest about the pros and cons of treatments and surgical procedures. It is obvious he cares about his patients and wants the best for them!

Dr Cashio took the time to explain what was necessary to seal the wound. The results were excellent and the scarring was small when compared to the wound on my chin. I will return if I ever need his services again.

If I could give a Zero for knowledge, I would! DON"T go to him for reconstruction!!!! He replaced my saline implants (after a prior mastectomy and reconstruction) and made my breasts look like a monster chest plus one side is dropping. I can't believe he has ANY stars!! I'd give him 0 if I could.

I was referred to Dr. Cashio after another not to be named had botched a Mohs procedure on my scalp. Dr. Cashio identified the problem and offered one non-surgical solution and a Plastic surgery solution. I opted for the surgical procedure and scheduled it. The outpatient surgery center at Advent Health Flagler was great and everything went well. I have since had Dr. Cashio do another Mohs procedure and it went smoothly as well. His office staff is efficient, courteous and professional. I have recommended him to others and will use him for, I'm sure, more skin cancer surgeries in the future.

I was very frightened about having this plastic surgery done. Because of a previous Mohs surgery in this same area, there was less skin to work with. My Mohs surgeon sent me to Dr. Cashio. Dr. Cashio outlined my options in a very matter of fact way. It has only been a month since the surgery, and I am healing very nicely. He took an opening left from the Mohs surgery and reduced it to about 1/2 to 2/3 the size. He is an artist with a needle. I am thinking about have Dr. Cashio doing some other work on my face.

Dr. Cashio removed a melanoma from my face. From the first visit, he was honest, straight-forward, and compassionate. He came into the pre-op area and carefully explained what would happen. Afterwards he met with my wife and was very accessible. Two follow-up visits later I am well on the way to being completely healed with a scar that is amazingly small given the size of my melanoma. Dr. Cashio is the best and I would recommend him highly.
