I do not RECOMMEND This physician and his nurse, Kathy. The receptionist, Tracy was very kind.I feel bad for her working with these 2 people. This Dr Turchin and his nurse, Kathy are very RUDE. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS DR AT ALL. I could hear Kathy being very nasty to a patient on the phone. The Dr accused me along with his nurse of being late for my app 1ST appt, that I have waited for 2 month's to get in. I drove 80 miles round trip.I have an E-MAIL as a reminder that my appt was 2:15 Oct 11th.. I walked in at 2:10 after fighting traffic on I-95. .At 74 yrs old, I left crying because of the nasty attitude of this Dr.. He told me to go to urgent care if I have issue's. This why I needed a Dr to start as my new PRIMARY.NEVER HAVE I DEALT WITH 2 NASTIER PEOPLE. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE. I AM ESCALATING THIS EMOTIONAL TREATMENT TO BE REPRIMANDED BY ADVENT HEALTHCARE IN PALM COAST. Good luck Tacy.

Sergey Turchin, M.D., internal medicine, along with Kathy (nurse), and Tracy (receptionist) were professional, thorough, knowledgeable, informative and engaging. They epitomize what clients expect of healthcare providers.

Had an office visit with Dr. Turchin this morning. Tracy, office staff was very professional and helpful. Kathy, RN was very knowledgeable. Dr. Turchin has a great manner. He was very thorough, explained my lab results and helped me to understand the results and also the medications that I am taking. He checked my heart, lungs and gave me great advice. This is the best primary care facility I have ever been to, and Dr Turchin is the best. The office is incredibly efficient, I never wait longer than 5 minutes max to be called back. Before even sitting down to talk to Dr Turchin, he already knows all the updates from my other doctors, he's reviewed all my results and scans so I never have to explain anything. He is so extremely knowledgeable about a variety of specialties, it's just so calming and reassuring to have him as my PCP because he cares so much about his patients and it truly shows. The medical staff are awesome, and the front desk is great too. That's why I'll continue driving 1 hour from Jax to come here!

People in the office a rude and unprofessional. They don't know how to work insurance. The co-payments for two 5-minute visits to renew one medication were $380. We have health insurance. The office staff is totally unprofessional.

My spouse nor I had an opportunity to see the physician due to the incompetence of the staff, despite having made our appts three months in advance. Upon arrival for the appt, was told the doctor would not see me as I failed to show up 30 min earlier than the scheduled time, which was news to me. All my preliminary paperwork and check in was completed as required. They insisted and argued I was notified by text; I had 5 texts and emails, yet there was no mention of the 30 min requirement. Then someone else added I was ‘told’ when I made the appt -impossible, since I made the appt on line. Next I was advised they left me a message re the appt cancellation. All complete fabrications. Dr. Turchin may be a fine physician, but the rudeness and incompetence of the staff is a direct reflection on him. Will not be returning to this practice.

Worst office ever! scheduled back in February, appointment was made for May, they don't have me on the schedule and tell me he stopped taking new patients as of March. that is fine as March comes after February! no call, no show, refuse to pay my time off work. this place needs to be shut down and the DR license revoked!

Dr. Turchin has been helpful with getting my cholesterol level to a healthy level and keeping my thyroid level lower. He is a thorough doctor whom I highly recommend.

Yelled at me more than once. Would not listen to what I was relaying to him and what my concerns were. If he doesn’t believe in what you’re saying he doesn’t do anything about it, if you bring it up again he yell at you. He is rude, mean and don’t have any bedside manners. He has a short temper. He took an oath to care for the sick, but he doesn’t care. I’m going to report him for the way he treated me.
