I transferred my care and chart to Dr. Joiner after seeing another cardiologist in the area whose front desk was less than steller, giving me erroneous information about my medicines. Dr. Joiner's staff, are caring, considerate and professional, as is Dr. Joiner.

After having Dr. Joiner be my attending cardiologist in Flagler Hospital when I was admitted for heart related issues I can honestly say he was very thorough in his tests to make sure I was being treated for the correct thing and his bedside manor was excellent. He explained everything to me so I could understand it and I felt very comfortable in his care.. I would highly recommend him.

Beware. He will sign you up for many tests without explaining anything to you. Every time I turn around I receive another bill, they will nickel and dime you to death in order to make money for the business rather than taking care of the patient. Call in for results and get nothing other than test was fine and then rushed off the phone like were bothering them. Look elsewhere.

I will recommend this doctor to anyone. Great doctor! Great empathy and rapor with his patients. My husband had a heart cath and had 3 stents put in. Dr. Joiner is the only doctor ever that we saw 3-4 times that day explaining things, checking up on him to make sure he was doing ok..Other doctors once the procedure is done you see them for 1-2 minutes and that is it..the last time he checked on my husband was around 6pm on the day of the proedure and the next day at check out.

Thank goodness Dr. Joiner was on call when I had my heart event last December. The Hospital Doc said I was VERY fortunate that Dr. Joiner found my blockage in the "Widow Maker". He was able to put in a stent and all is well.
