I had a good experience with Dr. Bethea at Advanced Dermatology on Palm Coast in our first visit (my wife and I), but a very bad and upsetting one with one of his staff members. A doctor’s office staff should always keep in mind that they are treating patients, and many with issues that may not always be apparent, and may need to be explained. Therefore, the old saying “we are born with one mouth and two ears” is always good advice. I tried to explain a situation to his employee, and was never even given the opportunity to be listened to. Most likely our first and last visit.
