Allan Spiegel's Online Review Report Card

I fell it is a patient dis-service to perform medical treatment/examinations and not know the extensive costs involved or at least possible costs in advance. 9 months ago I was seen, office visit, by Dr Spiegel and today I receive a bill for more than $330 with no awareness of the potential liability. this visit was approved by WellCare and they contributed less than 25% of the office bill. Since WellCare and Dr Spiegel are not members of BB, I have no recourse for this situation. Total lack of transparency.

Dr. Spiegal is one of the worst doctors I’ve ever seen. I went in because my leg would randomly seize up. During the initial visit he mentioned the possibility of MS but wanted to do nerve testing first. Those results came back normal so he told me to just take magnesium. I brought up the fact that he previously mentioned MS, he blew it off and said that’s not it. I told him that I wanted an MRI anyways, he replied “fine, when I prove nothing is wrong the symptoms will go away”. Low and behold the MRI proved MS, when I asked how many lesions I have he said “the notes say multiple”, he didn’t even look at the scan himself. He also never apologized or mentioned his previous rude comments. Needless to say I found someone else, they actually looked at my scans and answered all questions I had. Best decision I’ve made! This was an extraordinary experience all around!!!! Dr. Spiegel is a truly very caring and professional doctor that really cares for his patients and takes the time to listen and understand. Lauren the general manager is exceptional!! She continuously ensures all is right from the patient and staff viewpoint. Very very caring and professional too always willing to help and work with people. I was very impressed by this clinic always full of affinity, willingness to help and kindness. Excellent staff and professionals all around willing to service with a smile. The people and the place really feels like a very caring family and you are treated this way. The hyperbaric chambers in charge Darrell is truly amazing,. Always ensuring all the chambers and patients run well and are cared for with a service above and beyond. Truly spectacular!! I can say we will he back and I fully recommend these wonderful professionals and service as excellent and number one. My husband did 40 hyperbaric chambers and we saw very wonderful and positive results and improvements. First in gradients and then really remarkable changes. Thank you very very much Dr Spiegel, dear Lauren and Darrell. You are truly exceptional professionals and outstanding people always willing to help!! Dr. Spiegel and staff were wonderful and helped me with my excruciating pain.

Dr. Spiegel has a talent for surrounding himself with capable and kind staff and therapists.

My husband and I are both recent patients. We found that the staff is very friendly, accommodating, professional, and caring. (So many reviews say office staff are rude. NOT the case here.) As for Dr. Spiegel, he should get an award. Not only did he answer every question we had, but he surprised us by asking some questions other doctors hadn't. I also spoke to several patients in the waiting area who rave about Dr. Spiegel. One woman's husband is being treated for Alzheimers disease. She can't say enough good things about the doctor. So based on our personal experience, and the raves from other patients, you would be in good hands if you came here. BTW, Dr. Spiegel will not rush to give you unnecessary treatments just to get paid more. He is one of a kind and we're grateful we found him.

Dr. Allan Spiegel, Great listener and works well with patients of all ages. Specializes in treating all types of headaches. Takes time to truly understand patient’s needs and issues.. Highly recommended for complex cases. Dedicated and caring.

Doctor Spiegel is amazing, helped my ailing husband and gave him back our life. Thank you for your patience and guidance, a beautofull staff, specially Frida, she is awesome.

Dr, Spiegel was right on where my pain originated from, treated it and healed my pain, now i sleep, walk and ride my bike with out pain. Thank you doctor.
