The front desk has always been short and rude whenever I call them the second they answer. I waited 45 min after my scheduled appointment to be told there’s still 2 people in front of me. I left and immediately found a new doctor. Wouldn’t recommend

Review about staff Erin.I made an online appt. An HOUR before my appointment she called and said she didnt see the email. She made me feel like they didnt want to see me. I asked if they could do telemedicine still. She said yes. Then she called back and said the doctor wont prescribe pain medicineI said you didnt even ask me what my appointment visit is for I dont need pain medicine. She said well I have to say that to everyone.A better approach would be to ask the reason for their visit..to get more information.The way she spoke to me and handled the situation was very unprofessional..and she seemed incompetent slow over the phone. I will call another office.

Dr. Kundra has been my primary for 20 years. She found my 2 cancers very early and always orders approriate tests. Her appointments run behind but makes sure each patient gets her full attention when she is with them.

accepted my appointment so I began planning tomorrow around arriving at her office on time.. just to be cancelled with no phone call or notice what so everhighly DO NOT RECOMMEND

Doctor will take her time with you during visits she listens and provides valuable information. She takes her time to review all charts n results. So expect a bit of a wait before you see the doctor. I dont mind the wait because when its my turn she will listen. Front desk personal is wonderful. Shes very funny and understanding. I recommend this doctor. The only down fall is the appearance of the office. Looks rundown however the one on one and the understanding makes up for it.

Ive been a patient here for a little over two years. The wait time is pretty normal compared to other doctors visits. Dr. Kundra is very caring attentive thorough and a great listener. Im very happy here

I have a rare diagnosis and specifically went to Dr. Kundra after my physician of 12 years had passed away. I brought all of my medical records and wanted to know if she would continue the treatment I had been on for 12+ years. She read my records and thought it was best to continue the treatment. She then had me go to a specialist to confirm the treatment. The specialist confirmed that the treatment was appropriate. She prescribed the treatment for 5 years. I saw her twice a year with blood test results... all good. So I was blindsided at my last appointment when for no reason she told me she would no longer prescribe what I needed and she had been prescribing for 5 years the medicine I had been on for 18 years with no problems. She stated she was not knowledgeable and I should see a specialist. I then became aware that she settled a lawsuit for negligence. This seems like medical negligence again

The wait time was very long for new patient. Staff seemed limited but doctor was thorough. Everyone was nice. Ill go back just hope I dont have to wait that long again.

Dr. Anita K. has great bedside manner. Listens to her patient. Erin the receptionist knows her patient too and is very patient to us even if we have too many questions ie. insurance labwork. My aunt has found the right PCP More than 5 stars
