I was very pleased with the advice and support my mother and I received from our Senior Living Advisor, Laura Bennett.  After floundering on the Internet for some time without identifying many suitable assisted living prospects, Laura helped me to quickly focus on several facilities that met our size, quality, geographic and financial criteria.  She then arranged visits to each location and helped us choose the one place that met all of our requirements.  Beyond that, she helped me in developing a strategy for overcoming my mom's initial hesitance in making the transition to assisted living.  She is now quite satisfied with her new home and care givers!

We had to find a place for my 95 year old Grand Aunt and I like most people had no idea where to start.  I looked online and Assisted Living Locators came up and they had great Yelp reviews so I gave them a call.  Sarah helped us navigate through the tough situation showing compassion and understanding and guided us to a great place for my Aunt which looked like a great place for her to go to with a very nice and compassionate staff.  There's nothing harder than having to take a loved one out of their home for their own good and this has been one of the toughest times in my life having to take the lead in this situation.  If we didn't have Sarah's assistance during this difficult time, I don't know what we would have done.  I'm grateful for her help.
