After Dr. Ritter left on vacation. She had one of her office staff call to give me the findings on an ultrasound of my ovaries. The Assistant told me I had a polycystic tumor on one ovary. When I asked what kind of cyst it was she couldnt answer my question. I got a copy of the ultrasound read the radiologist report. It listed that I also had a mass on my right ovary as well which the assistant neglected to tell me. I made an appointment at Moffit got my questions answered.

She performed a failed tubaligation on me after assuring me there would be no issues. I was told that it would be a cut and cauterize procedure only to discover after requesting the operative record that filshie clips were used. Then discovering the clips were not placed correctly. Patient beware.

Id been having trouble for a couple of years and finally it was suggested that I have an OBGYN consult. I thought she would be the one for the job her reviews were good she appeared to be qualified to perform a hysterectomy. She diagnosed my Fibroid and then referred me to somebody else. Im three months into this with no resolve and a bunch of MD visits with zero results. Save your money and go to someone who can treat you once theyve given you a diagnosis.

My wife was 10 minutes late to her appointment an appointment where she may have heard some troubling news. The staff insisted she reschedule. What an absurd joke.

Dr. is caring conscientious physician. Very knowledgable. I was able to schedule an appoint that fit my schedule. She helped my through a very difficult time.

Dr. Ritter is AMAZING

Was experiencing pain in my lower left abdomen for months and was going through a smattering of diagnostic tests to have the sourced figured out. When all lower GI testing came back clear it was suggested that I have my ovaries looked at. Having been to Dr. Ritter before and knowing her bedside manner she was the first Doctor I thought of and scheduled an appointment. On the day of the appointment I realized when I arrived at the office that I forgot my purse a rarity in my world. Because I couldnt pay a small copay before the apptionment I was refused service. I had explained I lived less than 7 miles away and could easily come back after the appt and pay then and even offered to do a ETF over my phone. I had explained my concerns about the pain and the need to get it looked at. All they could offer was to reschedule. The did not show that they cared about my health or the pain I was experiencing that needed diagnosis. They did not care about my health concerns at all. They care about a measly $2040 copay which could have been easily paid within the hour. I have fantastic insurance so for $40 they just lost out on hundreds insurance billings. I will never use them again.
