Do not, absolutely do not go to this doctor. He will rob you blind and permanently screw up your body.

just called the office of Dr.Harrell said he was out of business , which leaves me in a pickle as my implant has ruptured.

Don't do it they dont let anyone else in yhe room with you so if there is a problem you have no witness totally screwed up my tummy tuck instead of a smooth linein my pubic area i gave what look like a handle bar mustache and rolled skin above it and they refused to do anything about it and because it was me against him and his staff i had no court case so dont do it he is an old quack

After my surgery when I had questions, concerns and complaints I was told that I could not talk to the doctor. After many attempts at trying to talk to the doctor or nurse, being threatened by the staff and treated badly, the doctor refused to see me for any follow ups. I paid for the surgery and follow up appointments and was told to not come in and if I did the cops would be called. This man does not deserve to hold a medical license as patient care is not his concern. I will be filing a complaint with the medical board and retaining counsel. Dr. Harrell and his staff are a rip off.

I will be honest with everyone.....Dr Harrell was referred to me by a friend. I was very very weary to even do a breast augmentation. When I arrived at the office, I was treated very nicely. The nurse and receptionists were extremely pleasant; made me feel welcome. So, the doctor and nurse went over not only what I wanted but what HE thought would look good. I will tell you that I had been told to go ONLY a FULL C. The Dr was OK with that and said it would look fine, but suggested a D. Of course, I was like NEVER; not realizing that I was truly supposed to be a D with my body type. My second visit I actually asked the Dr to go ahead and use HIS judgment call. If you can believe it I ended up a DD....When I got out of surgery and eventually was able to look in the mirror I almost died! I definitely thought I was WAY too big!!!! I didn't want anyone to notice my chest at the time but of course everyone did, lol. It is almost 1 year from the time of surgery. I will say that my breast augmentation and lift look ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL AND NATURAL. Believe it or not, my chest fits my body extremely well and look natural. I am very happy with the surgery that was completed. I thank you very much for your judgment call Dr Harrell... I will advise every woman that does receive a breast augmentation and lift to use your body type to make the call of how big to go. I have several friends that have had a breast augmentation and only wish they had gone bigger. I am very happy with the work that Dr Harrell has completed on my breast.

horrible facility. dirty building. front desk girls are nice but that's about it. i went in for just a consultation and by the end of it they were pressuring me for my credit cards. the doctor also only talks to you for about 3 minutes. in the entirety of my experience here i've spoken maybe a few sentences with the man. they told me once i paid that everything was covered, the procedure, the medication, the recovery, etc. except when it came time for me to purchase my antibiotics and pain meds, they weren't covered and i had to pay an additional almost $200. while filling out paperwork later there were forms that didn't apply to my surgery, so i asked the nurse (?) what i should do with them. she rudely said they obviously shouldn't be in there and i should ignore them, as if it was my fault they're unorganized. they told me they'd go over all the paper work with me but when i got the paperwork they said "just read it yourself." they didn't give me all the information or what recovery would be like until after the surgery. the anesthesiologist came in before my surgery and was going over "my chart" where he read off a bunch of stuff that wasn't even about me. asked me about my hepatitis and liver problems to which I replied I had neither. clearly he didn't have any of the correct information. everybody in the office including the doctor was trying to convince me to go larger than i wanted for my breast augmentation. even when i was going in for surgery they kept saying i should have gone bigger. way to make me feel comfortable, right? one of my breasts was larger before the surgery and part of the reason I wanted the surgery done. they said the best option was for saline implants, since they could adjust the sizes to make me symmetrical. afterwards i found out they put the exact same sizes in me, resulting in one of my breasts still being larger than the other. when i asked why they did that, they said that once i was on the operating table they decided that my breast wasn't actually larger than the other. apparently they know my body better than i do. if i has known any better i would have gone to another, kinder doctor and better facility. do yourself a favor and take the time to check out multiple doctors. i feel like i've been mutilated by gross incompetence.

Dr. Harrell and the entire staff at Fountain of youth are incredible. Very professional Very caring and Very knowledgeable. Dr. Harrell did my 1st breast augmentation a couple years ago I decided I wanted to go a little bigger and I did not hesitate to go back to him. I am 2 weeks post op my second BA and I am SOO SO happy with my results. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

The office manager is a totally dishonest nasty person who should be avoided.

This office is HANDS DOWN THE BEST!!, Dr. Harrell is a compassionate, caring doctor. His staff is awesome, they treat me like VIP there, very good people. Doctor fixed my breasts messed up from a previous doctor, he did exactly what I wanted and minimal scaring, they really care about you here, I am so happy I went with him, I cannot say enough good things, I am very pleased!!

Run as far as you can a rip off.... I had my stomach put in my butt and nothing changed. Stomach remianed the same buttocks still the same. Day of procedure I had to come in through the back door... Cassie at the desk is so nasty.... It's so much more but done waste your time they are a scam
