I got right in when my appointment was scheduled. Staff was excellent in manners and efficiency. Dr. Luxenberg examined my eyes and answered my questions. I trust him with my sight as I only have one good eye. Could not ask for better treatment.

I have been with this doctor for way too long. Finally hit the last straw. From the Trump bobble heads and pictures of Sarah Palin on the walls to the blaring Fox News broadcasting in the waiting area Ive had enough torture. I brought my 83 yr old mother in from her ALF for a visit last week. The office staff insisted that her Medicare was not primary and the charge would be over $300. I insisted her Medicare WAS primary. We ended up leaving. The office manager complained that this could have been cleared up if I answered her phone calls on Friday. I DID call her back immediately on Friday at 10 am three times and got an office closed recording. I actually called the answering service after their 3rd call and they would not put me thru because they said the office was closed. I called Medicare this afternoon to make sure I wasnt crazy. Guess what? Her Medicare is Primary. As I knew it was. Thats just a lazy office staff. What a nightmare

ETHICAL knowledgeable and experienced physician and medical staff. The practice always takes the necessary time with each patient. As a patient you will always feel important and never rushed along through your exam or care.Dr. Luxenberg is the BEST in the area
