My son has been seeing Dr. P for many years, and I couldn't ask for a better doctor to entrust my son's health to. Dr Pantages is kind, knowledgeable, and has excellent patient/parent communication skills. He talks to you like a human being, not like he has a God complex. You can tell when a doctor enjoys their job, and truly care about their patients. I have NEVER had a problem with the staff, nor have we waited more than 15 minutes to see the doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Pantages!

Both of my sons have been seeing Dr. Pantages since they were born. He is a very kind, patient, and understanding Dr. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a pediatrician.

The worst services in the world, they will not help my 9 year old daughter, lady identified by Jennifer B, hung up on us! Shame on you and and business and whoever supports you. Your professionalism is next to nothing!

I have had nothing but great experiences here, my daughter has always been treated with great care!!!! The entire staff is wonderful I personally have never had an issue with anybody in that office! I highly recommend them!!!

Went with my sister to see Dr Cronin. My niece is autistic, so she has special needs. Dr. Cronin was anything but understand about her special needs. She had a terrible bedside manner and made it seem like it was a condition that needed fix. She was more concerned about forcing my niece to do things she didn’t want to do, then to listening to our list and our concerns. She didn’t care that she was scared, didn’t try to make her feel more comfortable, just wanted us to hold her down so she could do her thing. My sister was so upset by her demeanor that she started crying. I grabbed our stuff and walked out. Will never return to that office and will definitely steer people away.

love Dr Pantages. I give him 5 stars but the staff that works for him need to take a course in Costumer Service. Will be changing to another Doctor just so I don't have to call back at this office again! 2nd time. two different people. probably should hire people that enjoy their work so they don't sound so unpleasant and condescending on the phone!
