As always wonderful attention given by Dr Orr. Her concern for my health issues goes beyond the expected. Truly a great physician.

The wait time for a scheduled appt was 45 minutes. If I didnt like Dr Orr and her nurse so much they are excellent i would quit the practice.

Dr Orr and her staff are very professional and empathetic to her patients always a good experience

I have been with Dr. Orr for probably 15 years or more. She is always extremely helpful. I usually make a list of things I want to ask her and she is very clear in her answers. We had 2 homes FL and GA so therefore two primaries for a couple of years. I had internal bleeding which Dr. Orr discovered numerous tests in addition to be hospitalized. At one of my checkups in GA I mentioned to that female Dr. that I was NSAID and therefore never took aspirin nor Alieve. Her response was it would be ok to take Alieve once in a while dropped her. But when I retuned to FL ran it past Dr. Orr. If I were you I would never take it again. You know what happened I was taking 2 a day for knees. Tylenol should work fine and then you are not taking any chances. That is what I like straight out. She cares and her staff is terrific always trying to help. We live here full time now and I am so grateful that I have her as my full primary as I search for other doctors for other things. Sure will ask her for recommendations as I know she will recommend the top and not friends as so many other doctors will do.

Dr. Orr was excellent. She is very thorough very patient and caring. She devoted a great deal of time getting to know is as new patients. Very pleased with the office and staff. Everyone was very helpful. Excellent experience.

Loved Dr. Orr as my new physician. She is very thorough and really cares. Her staff is also very friendly which is important to me. I was nervous as a first time patient because I didn’t know what to expect but it went great. Her assistant who weighed 😞 and charted me was very personable. Good experience

Dr. Orr ALWAYS takes time with me and I never feel rushed. I feel she truly listens and is very present with me during my exam not thinking about other things. She engages easily and hears what my concerns are. She also is very thorough in her exams and spends time explaining lab results and what treatment recommendations she has. A top notch physician.

Absolutely ridiculous trying to establish care here after relocating from Pennsylvania.I reached out for a new patient appointment in April of 2020 and the earliest appointment they had for my teen and I was late October for my teen and early November for me.We went in for my teens appointment in October and there was nothing spectacular about the doctor. She asked the typical questions and responded to what we asked. There was a question that my LGBTQ+ teen had asked that she had no idea of the answer and she directed us to Google it I was baffled She made no attempt to answer what I considered a serious medical question being asked by a 14 year old.I decided at my teens appointment to reschedule my appointment in November as I was 8 months pregnant with my first child and already not feeling well. The earliest they had was March 2021 When that appointment came I was 14 minutes late not typical of me AT ALL...but my baby was having a bad day. They rescheduled me for being 14 minutes late. The earliest appointment was end of May. Now today May 11th they call and say they need to reschedule as Dr. ShephardOrr was going to be out of the office on that day now. I told them Ive been waiting for over a year and I need an immediate appointment due to health needs...the earliest was June 28thI cannot imagine what its like to get a wellness appointment or an urgent appointment from this lady. Her service was not above average when we went for my childs appointment. We will both be going elsewhere. I do not recommend this lady to anyone. Mismanaged like crazy
