I love how sweet the staff is

Everyone from the receptionist to all of the physical therapists were so kind. They all calmed me when I was feeling old & afraid. My therapist was gentle & knowledgeable. Everyone there were also masked & using hand sanitizer.

Fantastic Medical Facility, have your total needs in mind, expedited care with al the facts in front of them to save you time and money. Inclusive with x-rays immediately and meeting with the doctor is essential. 5 stars for sure. Medical Care you can count on.

I am very pleased with the care I received from the Florida Orthopedic Institute. Mike Fittin is very thorough with his assessment and really listens to your concerns. I’ve been to other organizations for my physical therapy but found this facility to be top notch.

I have been going to Florida Orthopedic Institute for several years. The doctors I’ve seen are wonderful and have helped with my issues. Unfortunately, after a recent fall, I have been unable to schedule the necessary appointments I need for my injuries, in a timely manner. Their poor phone system and inability to look up and accurately read notes from previous visits has made it nearly impossible to schedule via phone. I attempted yesterday in mid afternoon to schedule a visit and was on hold, disconnected and transferred for over an hour. I ended up getting ahold of an operator a half hour before the close of business and left a message for someone to call me. No one called me back. I began calling at 8am this morning. After one disconnection, another operator call, a call back, transfer and hold, I’m happy to report I have successfully made my appointment. It’s 8:40am.

I am so very pleased with Dr. Christopher Grayson. He is very empathetic, understanding, and patient. He looks at all options and explains them very well.I highly recommend this practice. The nursing staff is superb.

Very caring, very patient, listen to your concerns

I called for an appointment for evaluation of my knee which was scheduled promptly. The staff were cordial, friendly and efficient. They took X-rays at the office. I met with Dr Grayson who listened to my explanation of symptoms, performed an exam and recommended medication coupled with physical therapy to treat my problem. Dr Grayson was very easy to talk to and was thorough in his explanation of his findings and recommendations. I was very favorably impressed with the experience and recommend this office and Dr Grayson.
