I called to schedule a new patient appointment, they wasted many hours of my time calling and emailing back and forth to verify my insurance. They finally gave me an appointment, and a few days before my appointment they called to cancel it because dr. doesn't accept new patients!! If he doesn't accept new patients, why do you waste my time back and forth!! They should have honored the appointment given to me and my time wasted booking and verifying my insurance. Very unprofessional!!

Dr. Rutledge is the best physician I have had. He is honest with you and he is easy to be honest to. He never judges, he just presents you with facts. He is easy to relate to, and anything i’ve asked him he has an answer almost immediately. He truly looks out for the well-being of his patients, and I will see him until he no longer practices.
