I received excellent care from Dr. Pappou. He attended me from the emergency room to surgery to after care. He was thorough in his explanation and has a warm personality. His staff is great as well.

Dr Pappou replaced my shoulder. He did an excellent job He also did carpel tunnel on both hands for my husband. We are so pleased with our outcome Highly recommend Dr Pappou

I went to Dr Pappou for a problem with my shoulder. He is a very straight to the point doctor and does not push for surgery however in the end I had to undergo surgery for rotator cuff repair on my right shoulder. Operation was in April 2019 and today 9242019 I got release form his care. I have obtained 90% recovery and Dr Pappou told me that after one year from surgery I should be totally recovered all this with minimal therapy I did at home. I appreciate his no nonsense approach and would recommend him to anyone needing care.

Dr. Pappou is very thorough. He is kind and wants to be sure you understand your treatment options. He first takes a conservative approach and only suggests surgery when all other options have been exhausted. He also engages with you and encourages your participation in the decision making process of your treatment plan.

the electronic pt intake is very ambiguous and as consequence it takes unnecessarily long to finish causing my appt to be delayed though i came 30 minutes early. like one review says the dr is cold. very direct which is appreciated but never explain all the other 3 issues with my shoulder. yes it was a very quick dialogue. maybe its my insurance coverage that is not desirable
