DO NOT SEE DR. JAY ROSS He is a liar and a very angry man when he gets questioned I found out my breast implants were recalled and caused cancer. Unfortunately I just lost my brother to cancer 6 months prior to my visit with doctor Ross. I explained what happened to my brother and being a single mother of a minor I was very concerned for my health. At first he was very compassionate and patient with all my questions. He Informed me I will be reimbursed for my implants do to them being recalled and convince me to upgrade my implant as well which was more money. After my surgery my friend brought me to my checkup and I asked him when I would get my check from the reimbursement he said 4 weeks my friend was my witness. On my next visit when I asked again about the check he said he never told me that and there is no such thing. Not only did he deny it he got very loud and NASTY with me. Telling me at least you wont die of CANCER Knowing I just lost my brother to cancer I was so upset and crying his reception who is a sweetheart took me in the other room to comfort me. I called the Allergan company who supplies the implants and they said that money is owed to me the person I spoke to from Allergan even tried calling her self and was told he was unavailable and he never call her back either. When I tried to call him again he would not get on the phone or return any calls I have spoken to a couple of the girls that had went to him over the years and they told me how nasty he got with them when questioned as well. Its been over a year and Im still fighting for money owed to him

Dr. Ross and his staff are the best I have dealt with in any type of doctors offices. They are very welcoming and patient as well as concerned for your best interest. I highly recommend him for anything you are considering doing.

I cant say enough great things about Dr. Ross and his whole staff. I had Breast Augmentation with Dr. Ross and I am beyond thrilled with the outcome. Dr. Ross truly does beautiful work and I cant recommend him enough.

Ever since the first visit at the office of Dr. Jay Ross Palm Harbour plastic surgery center I was impressed. Dr. Ross is professional kind caring and knowledgeable. He patiently answered every question and concern I had. He explained every step of the procedure what to expect after the surgery and provided great tips for successful recovery. Also Mrs. Edge nurse was very caring helpful and knowledgeable. When the surgery day came I was very nervous. When I arrived there was almost no wait. Nurse Sarah walked me in and was by my side the entire time. Sarah was friendly and caring. She made me feel calm and the stress slowly disappeared. The anesthesiologist and other nurse cant remember the names were also professional. We all shared few laughs which helped me relax. Then Dr. Ross came to check on me and went over everything that is going to happen. Shortly after that Sarah was taking me to the surgery room. The surgery room was clean and the surgery table pretty comfortable ...as soon as I woke up Sarah was right there checking on me. It didnt take long and I was fully awake. We went over instructions for the next few days. I was also provided a hotline number to call with any concerns at any time. After surgery visits went well. Again all my questions and concerns were answered. It has been a little over a month since the surgery. Recovery is going great and I am very happy with the result of the surgery. I would definitely recommend Dr. Jay Ross to anyone.

I just want to say what an amazing experience I had with Dr. Ross and his staff. After a traumatizing visit with another surgeon I ended up calling Palm Harbor Surgery Centre and was immediately put at ease by the receptionist. I booked a consultation and was extremely impressed with how attentive and patient Dr. Ross and his staff were at that visit. After losing over 30 pounds over the past year I was eager to have the surgery done so I made the decision at that time to schedule. I was so glad I did. The outcome was amazing and Dr. Ross was able to conduct a less invasive surgery with phenomenal results. The best part was the process of getting back into the gym. I was nervous about being able to perform chest and upper body exercises but I have to say that my form and technique is better than ever BEST DECISION I EVER MADE Thank you Dr. Ross and staff

I absolutely love Dr Jay Ross My lips are so amazing I didn’t even get any bruising. Didn’t hurt. I had the perma silicon implants. First picture is before second is after. I am absolutely amazed at the results and professionalism. And they played Prince in the operating room because I explained that music is soothing to me. So we had fun through the process

I have had 3 procedures done with Dr. Ross. He put me completely at ease for each 1. I was extremely happy with all 3. I had very little scarring which is a feat in itself. I would highly recommend him . He explained everythiing so i could knew what to expect. His staff is wonderful. I cannot say enough good things. Thank you Dr. Ross.
