Being a doctor for 40 years gives me the insight to know how hard it is to create a staff of extremely competent and compassionate people. Well BayCare has exceeded my expectations in every category. All the people I had contact with during my stay for an emergency appendectomy were kind considerate patient and knowledgeable. Their attention to detail was more than impressive. They seemed truly concerned with my comfort and well being not just pretending to care — and I know a corporate culture of compassion is led from the top down. On a scale of five stars I give BayCare six stars.

Dr K and her staff are the best I never feel rushed and Dr Kleinbart always takes whatever time needed to answer my questions and address my concerns.
