I wish I could give him less than 1 star. Dr Pagan is dismissive, condescending, rude and humiliating. The table step was broken.His Nurse had to take my blood pressure 5 times because she was eaves dropping. I told his Nurse I had been molested she never told him this. I told her I am built small inside. He takes the smallest speculum and asks if it was small enough for me. He refused to discuss my concerns because they didn't match his game plan.my husband was horrified. STAY AWAY!!!!

Dr. Pagan takes time in educating his patients and provides quality care. He never rushes me out of the office, but listens thoroughly and ensures I understand any information he provides.

My first appointment I waited over 40 minutes. My ultrasound came back abnormal and it took my doctor a couple days to call me back and refer me to another dr who was dr pagan. The staff was very rude and unresponsive. My appt with Dr pagan was awful! I overheard him ask the staff who was his next patient twice and why was I there...?! He didn't even consult with the RN who works in his office about my disease and cyst. He went over my records while I was in his office and I had to relay to him

every time I go there even when im a little early or on time i9 end up sitting in the waiting room hour about an hour and then sit in a room for another 30 minutes and god for bid if your late because they just wont even see at all then. if you get through the wait all you get is a cold doctor that bearly explains anything to you.

Nice staff just slow unbelievable slow!!! It makes no sense to move this slow. Like they have no interest in getting you back to your personal life. I know I look like I came from work and yes I do need to get back.

IVE BEEN GOING TO DR PAGAN SINCE 1991 HE DELIVERED MY DAUGHTHER IN 1992,WE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, CARING FOR MY NEEDS.I AM STILL A PATIENT. NOW FOR THE STAFF THAT A WHOLE OTHER STORY VERY RUDE,ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY.NEW STAFF IS IN ORDER.
