If you’re looking to be an insignificant patient in a practice servicing thousands, this is the place for you. Sick visits averaged 10-14 days to schedule. Honestly what’s the point?!? You think if you can’t fit sick patients in same-day that maybe you have too many and you should stop accepting new patients so you can focus on best servicing your existing patients?! I saw Dr. Robert’s herself for some ongoing issues. She was quite dismissive of my symptoms and I found her to be condescending, honestly. I never returned but my husband still goes here. They are currently mismanaging his diabetes, so we’re going though the months long process of finding him a new PCP.

The visit was fine after I waited for one and a half hours to be seen. This has never happened before and I became quite upset. My time is valuable as the next person!

I was treated ok up until a month ago when, for no reason and no discussion, my mental health meds were stopped. This caused a very dangerous outcome to mine and others lives. She dosent care about me, probably dosent care about you.
