Waited 3 months for a New Patient appointment then the day before Dr. Roberts office called to cancel my appointment because the Doctor doesnt feel well. I said ok I understand then after waiting for her to find the next available she give me a date almost 3 MONTHS AWAY so because the doctor decided to cancel her appointment for the very next day I have to now wait a total of 5 months? That is absolutely ridiculous I work for a provider in the same building and we would NEVER expect a patient to have an extended wait like that due to our office rescheduling. I will not be scheduling with this office and will advise anyone wanting to get established follow up with their PCP more than once a year to find a different office.Side note I was referred to this office from coworkers who also see Dr. Orr Roberts and just the other day they were freaking out because they have medications that they need to be seen to get refilled and when she tried to get in they couldnt even get a established patient in for over twomonths.

Dr Braddy Roberts is an excellent physician who cares about her patients. My husband was hospitalized twice and she was on top of it having her staff calling to make a follow up appointment when he was discharged. She had a plan in place for his care. The staff is fantastic as well. I would definitely recommend.

Dr. Roberts and her staff are always efficient and welcoming.The wait time is minimal.The woman taking vitals is personable and friendly and does her job well.Dr Roberts is thorough and spends the time to understand all my concerns.

Dr. Julie BraddyRoberts sounds like a wonderful doctor. Sadly I am unable to get an appointment. I tried to call the office on numerous occasions. Someone picks up immediately and places you on hold for 20 minutes. When I ask to speak to a manager they start talking over me and are extremely rude and unprofessional and hang up on me after waiting so long. This is unacceptable and sadly I will never know what a good doctor she is. Extremely disappointed. Ive never had such trouble in my life trying to set an appointment.

I am very disappointed with Dr. Julie BraddyRoberts.I am a fairly new Senior Citizen Patient of Dr. BraddyRoberts. In June my second appointment with Dr. BraddyRoberts I had my Annual Wellness Exam. When I checked in with the receptionist she said today’s Annual Wellness Exam visit is NO CHARGE to me. If you have a copayment this practice always collects it when you check in.After a few minutes I was taken back to one of the exam rooms. When Dr. BraddyRoberts came in I informed her I’m here for my Annual Wellness Exam at NO COST TO ME. I further informed Dr. BraddyRoberts that I do not want to discuss anything that is not covered under the Annual Wellness Exam because I have a followup appointment in August and she said okay. Dr. BraddyRoberts examined me but not as thorough as my previous primary care doctor. Dr. BraddyRoberts never touched my neck to check my lymph nodes or thyroid even though I am on thyroid medication. My previous Primary Care Doctor ALWAYS checked my glands on EVERY Visit. After the exam I went to the checkout counter and received paperwork for labs. This office employee never asked me for a copayment.To my surprise when I went back to Dr. BraddyRoberts in August I was told by the same receptionist I saw in June that I owed $25.00 for my June visit. I informed her I had not received a bill and the June visit was for my Annual Wellness Exam at no cost to me. I did not pay for the June visit but did pay my normal copayment for my August visit.My concern is even though Dr. BraddyRoberts understood what I said in June “I’m here for my Annual Wellness Exam at NO COST TO ME” she still billed my insurance and me for an office visit along with another bill for Annual Wellness Exam for the SAME DATE AND VISIT.I have had three appointments in 2019 with Dr. Julie BraddyRoberts.At this point I cannot trust her because it appears she is just looking to make as much money from her patients as she can WITHOUT REGARDS TO THEIR WISHES OR COMMENTS.I believe this is only one example of why healthcare is out of control in America.Dr. Julie BraddyRobertsI referred me to a BayCare endocrinologist when I had my second appointment. I called that doctor and she was booked out until March 2020 a seven month wait. While I was at my third appointment I asked Dr. Julie BraddyRoberts if she could assist with getting me into her before March and she said she would have someone of the office call the endocrinologist office to see if they could get me in earlier. I waited a week then called the endocrinologist office back. I asked them if anyone from Dr. Julie BraddyRoberts office called to try to get me in before my March 2020 appointment? They checked my records and replied no one has called from your primary care doctors office.After this incident with Dr. Julie BraddyRoberts I met with a very nice BayCare Plus Advantage Medicare representative about BayCares Medicare Plans. I decided not to go with a BayCare Medicare Plan because of the over billing by Dr. Julie BraddyRoberts.I will be looking for a NEW Primary Care Doctor.UPDATE 12172019I called Baycare customer experience team member Dan O’Neil about this issue on 11042019. Mr. O’Neil said he would contact billing about being charged $25.00 for my annual wellness exam that is covered 100% by insurance. I told Mr. O’Neil he has my permission to leave a detailed message on my personal voicemail if he was unable to reach me by phone. Mr. O’Neal called me back but did not leave any requested information. I called him back several times and left voice mail messages.My original Google Review complaint was dated 10282019. It is now 12172019 and this has still not been resolved no return phone calls or letter from Mr. ONeal.My wife and I are now looking for a new primary care doctor as we will not be going back to this practice or any other Baycare practice in the future

Dr Roberts was so detailed in her initial new patient interview with me. I feel so comfortable in my decision to go Bay Care Advantage.

The doctor had the bloodwork done in record time and was very helpful in explaining the results. Very professional.
