This was my first telehealth appointment and I was concerned that without being able to physically examine me it would be hard to determine the extent and possible cause of my problem. However I need not have worried. Dr Irvin was fantastic as always. He LISTENS to what the patient is saying is never dismissive or impatient and asks questions to determine the best course of action. He is a GREAT doctor who truly cares about his patients. I only wish there were more doctors like him.

Everyone in the office is friendly and professional. Dr. Irvin makes going to the doctors such a positive experience. Richard was very worried before he saw the doctor and completely reassured and encouraged when he walked out the door. He felt heard and understood. It feels like our doctor is current on what is new in healthcare and his clear direction makes us feel that he understands the mind body connection. Previous health care felt stuck in the past and since we were seniors we got stuck there as well. Not anymore

lVery grateful for a Dr. who truly listens and cares about patient. Staff is friendly and helpful. Love that their is not constant staff turnover . We actually get to see the same Dr. and staff each time .
