I had COVID and they would not help and completely unsympathetic. I had to wait months for my initial appointment. On the day of my appointment I was not able to attend due to a family emergency and I was told I cannot reschedule and needed to find another doctor? I understand missed appointments is a problem but things happen and sometimes people need to reschedule. Their complete lack of understanding and making patients wait months to see a doctor is terrible People can’t schedule when to be sick I mean really? What horrible service and complete lack of compassion I’ll happily take my business elsewhere but what a waste of time

Everything was perfect No wait to get into room and no wait to see Dr. Torres. I also got a flu shot.

Doctor Torres is great until you actually need a doctor. Her staff made an appointment for an inoffice visit I had to cancel because I was doing a COVID follow up. I found out from my insurance I am being noncompliant with their terms of coverage for failure to attend. Rescheduled the appointment and when none of the technology she uses worked I called in only to be told I am not allowed to come in and the doctor will not pick up the phone. Now I am caught in a struggle over insurance coverage because of Doctor Torres and her staff.She is very nice but if you have any actual medical issues she is a liability.

Dr. Melissa Torres was amazing. She was referred to me as I was unhappy with my previous primary care doctor and wanted to find a new one. I’m so happy I did and wish I had sooner. She was calm caring and listened. Took her time. Allowed me to ask questions. I didn’t have a ridiculous wait time in the lobby or waiting in the room for her to come in. The office is clean and welcoming. Office staff were wonderful. Night and day difference from what I had been dealing with for years at another Baycare office.
