He doesnt care about your pain level before or after surgery. He said and I quote No one has ever died from pain. First and only physician Ive ever had that did not care about my pain levels. Im not talking about day to day pain but after surgery pain. He acted as if I was crazy for wanting pain medication after wrist surgery. He is nice and friendly but really doesnt understand pain.

Dr. Patel is a great doctor but his appointment scheduling is terrible. You can wait up to 3 or 4 hours to see him.

So glad to be rid of my pain. Dr. Patel is a hand specialist and he was so helpful all during the times of my pain. The surgery went well and my recovery was super fast. I had carpal tunnel and DeQuervain [sp] surgery. Thanks Dr. Patel

Dr. Patel and his staff are very professional and truly caring. He took care of me after I broke my wrist while out of state. Not many doctors are willing to follow up for another doctor. He also removed a cyst from my thumb no scar at all. Hes the best of the best. Thank you Dr Patel for your outstanding care.

I have had 4 significant surgeries in 60+ years and Dr. Patel has performed 3 of them. Shortly after joining Resurgens he removed a Glomus Tumor that was responsible for some incredible pain. In 2017 he repaired my right wrist which had three pieces broken off the radial bone. If you need a first rate orthopedic doctor Dr. Patel and his staff cannot be beaten. Thank you Dr. Patel.

Dr Patel is a great doctor. He is known for being slow in his surgeries. I shattered my wrist in fall of 2016. He did a wonderful job. Got me back to 100 percent

Awesome is the best adjective to describe Dr. Milan Patel. He knows his field and it is clearly evident what an excellent physician he as soon as he discusses the reason youve visited his office.

Dr. Patel and his staff are amazing. They all listened to me and helped corrected my problem from a failed procedure with another orthopedic surgeon in the Metro Atlanta Area. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel and his staff. Dr. Patel was very practical when it came time to talk about surgery he didnt waste to much time trying procedures that he knew wouldnt work but wasnt to aggressive about going straight to surgery. GREAT DOCTOR INCREDIBLE SKILLS Dr. Patel is very conscience about the scars that he leaves he tries to make the smallest incision needed. THANK YOU DR. Dr. Patel is the best I had surgery on my finger for Dupuytrens Contracture with great success. My middle finger was 45 degrees contracted and now almost totally straight......after a failed procedure with another Atlanta Orthopedic. I have dealt with other Orthopedic offices in Atlanta and Athens and have always had to wait almost indefinitely to reach them by phone or when visiting the office. Dr. Patel has an outstanding assistant Arifa who is professional and readily available by phone. You are not put on hold when scheduling or calling with a question and my average wait time for office visits was about 5 minutes. Dr. Patel is extremely knowledgeable kind and compassionate. Really I just cant say enough good things about Dr. Patel and his practice.

Dr. Patel had a terrific professional manner in approaching my eye issue which was a cataract. He performed a surgery and implanted a new lens and the entire experience was far easily than I imaged. I would highly recommend.
