Lets just say poor service.

I was so sick yesterday. I thought perhaps it was a reaction to the medicine Dr Onea prescribed. I called early in the morning. It is now one day later and THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK. The staff at this office is incompetent and uncaring. The dr could have called back too. It’s now 300 the next day. No response from this non compassionate staff. I’m not going back to them.

The dr seems competent but this is worst office staff I have had to deal with. They don’t return phone calls at all no matter how many times you call or how urgent the matter is. They are rude incompetent and disrespectful to patients.

Do Not use this Doctor Office. The lack of professionalism knowledge and experiencing is appalling from all areas of the office. They will also rip you and your insurance company for additional erroneous charges.

The doctor is fantastic.Her office staff however is the worst.Took me 11 phone calls and to talk to the office manager twice to get a chance to ask one question to the doctor. I doubt she was getting her messages from them. My last visit I waited 1 hour and a half and there was no air conditioning on.It was 7 months before the doctor ever called me back. The office staff said that I could not leave a message without coming up there and making my copay. I had one question. Just one.Either way the doctor was great but I would not return because of the people who work thete.

Love Dr. Onea but the office staff and her assistant are slow to return calls and hang up on you. I wish Dr. Onea would get her office staff inline.
