I love Dr Klaus. I'm having problems getting an appointment with Dr. Rivera. My appointment that was very hard to get just got cancelled by them today. I'm so frustrated. I'm trying to get better but it helps when Dr's and staff are more understanding!

Abysmal experience. I was referred to Dr. Zagar for complex rheumatological concerns and I found Dr. Karen Zagar to be extremely rude, condescending, arrogant and dismissive. A very cold, judgmental and uncaring clinician, who's ability as a physician I do not trust. The practice is also run poorly. It’s frustrating to have to battle ignorance as well as a difficult disease. Spends her time entering history on laptop computer rather then trying to interact or have a dialogue with her patients. Seems to be annoyed by your questions or she answers sarcastically. Truly appalling. Find a physician to manage your care who cares about you as a person, who believes you and respects your knowledge of your body’s needs. This should be mandatory for a rheumatologist who is caring for high-needs patients with disabilities and chronic illness. Your doctor should be the last person to gaslight you about what you’re experiencing. And if you’re not getting the care you need? Fire your doctor.

Dr Zagar is amazing. She listens and takes in all of your issues and explains everything to you that you can understand about your health. She is never in a hurry and truly cares about her clients.

In October (2020) I was given a referral to this practice as my bone density needed to be treated by medications... my primary sent my records as they wouldn’t set an appointment until the dr saw my records . I’ve spoken to the manager , who was rude basically saying they were too busy to set an appointment... here it is nov 10 and they won’t set an appointment. I will not see anyone in this practice. They’re not welcoming and that’s not who I would trust.

The staff is friendly & accommodating, Dr. Zagar is very knowledgeable and listens to my concerns. I have had the opportunity to see Dr. Nagibina as well and she’s very kind and patient. Covid has impacted so many people and businesses have lost employees, Arthritis Center seems to be able to roll with the punches & has definitely helped me. I would highly recommend.
