A hateful woman that does not have experience with adults and is overbooked. Not a doctor for an adult with vision issues. Told me vision is corrected to 2020. Why even mention it unless Im not? also said if the RX is wrong to just come back as if I can afford wasting money and time. I got glasses done 2050 in best eye. I compared to old glasses and 2030 best eye. She made a mistake. I cancelled follow up when I realized I had no idea what her plan was for me or if she had one. I was not dilated despite her mentioning possible cataract and retinas. Unacceptable waste of my time.I have been seeing ophthalmologists since childhood I would not take a child here. I think its time for retirement. No website patient portal or virtual appointments should have been the red flag.

Tried to make an appointment for my son after being referred by our insurance company they said this was the Dr they referred everyone to with special needs like my son. The woman I spoke to was beyond rude wouldnt make us an appointment because we had not already seen an ophthalmologist?? If we had already we wouldnt be calling them?? Asked me how could I possibly know my son has a lazy eye? Really? Excuse after excuse why they wouldnt see my son. Then she said she would speak to Karen and call me back. She never called back. Go somewhere else. I dont know this Dr but her staff is awful.

Dr WilliamsWallace is skilled compassionate and patient my little guy has been treated by her for 3 years now and he is NOT easy to examine...but she made it seem easy . We were so nervous bringing him in for surgery but she set us all at ease and everything went well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Wonderful doctor.smart and thorough. Took a lot of time with me . Even walked us to our car and called later to see if we got home okay . 1.5 hours to Sarasota. How unusual is that. Staff were very pleasant

My daughter was born with a cataract so we started seeing Dr. Williams when she was 2 weeks old. We love Dr Williams and her staff. I would definitely recommend her.

She is an amazing doctor she was so good with my son and helping us understand what is he going through. She takes the time to explain everything and make me feel comfortable with the process. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and they arent just a pay check to her.
