Shannon deserves a raise, praise, and a paid vacation. I’m in tears of joy. Besides this office having been incredibly supportive and wonderful already, I was hyperventilating when I got a call I may not be able to get my cancer and spinal scans last minute due to an insurance mixup for the very next day during holiday season. Instead, upon moment of phone call, Shannon called and arranged with Akumin to make sure I’d get in with my proper insurance. As I sit here crying tears of joy heavily, after already experiencing a rough day, I am incredibly grateful for this office and especially Shannon. Thank you for existing and for treating me like family. Honestly my own family doesn’t treat me as well. Wish I could give this office 1,000 stars. Sincerely and gratefully, Vonabell Chaff

The worst Dr and Drs office possible, how did everyone rate it 5 stars. It is the most ghetto Drs office and wouldn't go for free. The Dr is always confused and doesn't remember anything.

What a wonderful staff and Dr! My hubby has not recieved the compassion, and understanding with any other Doctors he has seen in the past compared to Dr.Engelman. I have seen him three times at All Care Medical and he always takes his time to answer my questions and listens to my concerns. It is hard to find a dr who takes the time to listen. I think he is a great primary care physician. The office staff is ok they seem to change staff alot but they are friendly and always get me seen when needed.

Wow! So happy I found you! I was a patient of Dr Engleman at his previous practice and was so heartbroken to find out he was gone and no one could tell me where he was. My in insurance ( Humana :Medicare) isn’t in this plan but my husband can see him as they accept his insurance. So hopefully I’ll be able to see him next enrollment. Dr Engleman was my primary for 20 years and I cannot say enough wonderful things about him. He professional down to earth and a real person that you can tell anything to. He’s honestly the best of the best.

I chose Dr. Engelman through Optimum Health. When I called for a new patient appointment his office took THREE WEEKS to finally call me back even though I called them once a week for an appointment. When I finally did reach them, I asked about a referral to my nephrologist who is available in my plans network. His office manager told me that I would have to use the Nephrologist THEY were comfortable working with. Wait a minute, I'm the patient and I had to use the doctor a doctor they chose, not the one I was entitled to see through my plans network. I found them condescending and had no skills in follow up and follow through. I would not recommend this office to anyone!

Great staff, I found dr.norbert to be personable and extremely knowledgeable and took his time and explained everything in detail.

Dr. Engelman is a wonderful doctor! Smart, kind, and truly caring. I've been to my share of doctors over the years and can say he is by far the best doctor I've ever had. He really wants to help his patients! Highly recommended! Thanks Dr. E for all your help!

Regretfully, I'm moving out of the area and he won't move to accommodate me. I have received excellent care from Dr Nick and would recommend him to anyone that wants a caring physician.

Doctor Engelman is the very best doctor. He truly cares for his patients and has been our doctor for 18 years. I'm very upset that he no longer works for Suncoast Family Medical Associates. Wishing him all the best and hoping to see him again.
