My experience at Opti-mart was just what I was hoping for. My eye exam confirmed that my eye sight had changed since my last exam in 2014. My Optometric Physican, Marielle was very nice, did a very thorough inspection of my eyes and answered all my questions. Finding the right pair of frames was not easy with all the options they have available but I was to find the perfect one. All the lens options were explained and the whole process went a lot faster than I expecting. My glasses arrived 9 days later. I'm very pleased with Opti-mart and will recommend them to my family and friends.David WearingPalm Harbor, Florida

Bottom of the barrel eyewear retailer. Had to return 3 times for adjustments as frame earpiece was cutting into my ear. Refused to refund. Chose another frame which was crooked on my face and a lense that popped out due to a bent frame fixed by an eye wear tech at a different business. Would not step foot in an Opti Mart again even for free eye glasses.

Love this place I had my 1st appt on 5/6/2021 the staff was wonderful Dr. Marielle Alcantara was so sweet and kind and listen to what I had to say about my vision and after my exam Kaitlin helped me with my glasses she was AMAZING very caring and helpful. What a bunch of liberal clowns! If you want to be treated like a 2 year old for not wearing your mask properly, pay them your money. Wouldnt help me until I wore my mask (I am vaccinated!) to their approval, wouldnt let my wife in. Not to mention we were in there an hour before to confirm and she didnt remember who I was. The worst customer service people I have ever dealt with. All the while other customers waiting didnt have theirs on. If you are looking for a professional eye exam, LOOK ELSEWHERE!!

Nice place , staff was friendly & the office was clean. They were one of the only places to accept my insurance which was great.took a little over a week to have my glasses made and shipped to my house. would recommend
