Paula Knapp-Baker's Online Review Report Card

I’m so grateful to have had Dr. Knapp-Baker as my PCP for the last 3+ years. I feel Dr. Baker understands lifelong respiratory illnesses and is willing to help with them. Also, in early 2023, I had an accident and she was with me the whole way, seeing to it that I got what I needed through the ER, hospital and the Transitional Care Unit at the hospital. She smiles as she enters the exam room, listens, asks appropriate questions, and smiles as she says follow me on the way out of the exam room. She may have a medical student with her during an appointment, but this never detracts from her great care. I will continue with her for as long as I can. Thank you so much Dr. Baker for caring for me!

Very likeable and professional.

Had a really good visit with Dr Paula for my child. We were not rushed and the doctor listened to our concerns and provided the guidance we needed. I have to say, I know there were some negative reviews on here about the office staff. I dealt with three different staff members while I was there. All of them were perfectly kind and helpful. I can’t speak to others at the practice, but the service doesn’t seem to be as big of an issue as reviews make it sound. Our overall experience was a positive one. Only a slight wait to see the doctor once we were in the room.

I was an established patient at Dr Bakers office. I attempted to make an appointment 3x since November and all 3x Hailey called me and canceled, claiming each time the dr had an emergency. I was having an issue that needed further treatment and it didn't seem to matter. I called to reschedule and was told "we are busy till April 2023". The woman then said, "all the transients moving here in the last 2 years, there's not enough time for all of the patients". She continued, "unfortunately if you're that sick, go to the ER". I have since found another doctor that squeezed me in that week. It's unsettling to me how a medical professional can lack such empathy, compassion, and be so aloof about their already established patients. She needs to retire or change industries!

Had an appointment. Long wait that I walked out and rescheduled. Came to next appointment, same thing waited too long... I'm done. Want to rescheduled, no thank you.

What a lovely doctors office! Beginning to end. Everyone who works here is just amazing. When I first walked in I could tell the girls u front were stressed due to a new computer system, yet they still were so sweet and professional. Then Hanney came to take my vitals. I could talk to her for hours. I adore her. So smart and sweet! Dr. Baker is professional, intelligent, and absolutely no nonsense. She took her time with me and really made sure all my needs were met. I am so excited to have her as my PCP! I ended my appointment with Bridget and her kind smile. Seriously, this is an amazing doctors office. Thank you Dr. Knapp-Baker and staff! You made my year.

She does not really care. I had a horrible experience with a video call because she is booked until July. Did a video call which I had an appointment-over an hour. Concern with my leg and insulted me of my concerns 😟 did nothing for me. Just another doctor Good thing did not listen to her, just had surgery at Moffitt cancer and recovering

She wants to be social and have friends. Not a doctor. Went over her with my issues and just had surgery from Moffitt Cancer. Never helped me!!!

I live these doctors! They always treat me like they actually care

I’ve seen some bad reviews on her but from my own personal experience I give her 5 stars.She’s been always on time and listens to my problems if any attentively. She’s suggested and did tests that my other doctors throughout the years haven’t done and should of. The office staff and Nurses have always been friendly and professional. I would recommend her to anyone.
