Dr. Howard replaced the tendon in my right elbow. He is an attentive and personable doctor and I highly recommend him and his skills as a surgeon. My right elbow is doing great now. I just wish I could continue to see him for other issues as he no longer accepts my insurance or it is the hospitals with which he is affiliated that do not accept Ambetter... not sure exactly....

If you want to keep your limbs you will not go to his office.I wouldnt wish my the treatment I received upon my worst enemyThere were a couple of nice people there in the Palm Harbor office like Trevor and Angela but overall horrible horrible unprofessional medical treatment

Dr Howard is FANTASTIC He was very attentive gave you his undivided time and attention listened carefully did a thorough examination and then was able to draw a visual and explain in layman’s terms what the issue was and how we could tackle the issue together. Dr Howard is very well versed in the industry and can explain the pros and cons of each treatment option. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Dr Howard if you are looking for his speciality.

I’ve been going to different doctors for over a year and none of them could do anything to fix the pain in my shoulder but Mr. Howard fixed my problem in one visit

After explaining to me what my options were for the torn meniscus in my left knee. Dr. Howard gave me my first shot of cortisone to help curtail the inflammation and pain that I had. Its been over two weeks since my visit and my knee feels incredible I know its not the long term solution but its a start Thanks Dr. Howard
