List of Santiago Morales's Reviews
Very happy to have dr. Santiago Morales as my primary care physician, extremely friendly and efficient staff.
Never can get a call back after leaving a message
He's a fantastic Doctor and along with the new nurse practitioner.. very nice staff. Clean and always on time with things! Very understanding also! I recommend this Dr for everyone!
Someone named Oscar, is calling a list of 160 other doctor's patients, and trying to scam them into becoming patients here. He's telling them their insurance has made a change to their primary care doctor, affective 8/1/2020, and it will now be Dr. Morales. He will tell you either their moving, or their contract has run out. He is lying. I believe this doctor bought patient lists from a third party in an attempt to confuse people, and steal their clients. He insists he has all of the patients personal information, yet doesn't know the name of the medical center he's stealing from, and changes the subject when asked to read off our member ID number. The doctor may be nice, but he's got a bunch of shysters working for him, doing unethical practices. This will confuse a lot of gullible older people into unnecessarily changing their insursnce. Absolutely deplorable.
Doctors and staff are great!
Dr. Morales is a great doctor. Very patient and kind.. I'm sad that his office will no longer be accepting my insurance.
This message is for Mock Goth Girl, First off we are not scamming anyone, second the insurance was the one that switch does patients to Dr Morales, I was just giving the patient a courtesy call to inform what their insurance had done. Plus our office is always open to who ever needs help, because that is what we are here for, to help. Plus I always informed the patients that they could always call their insurance to verify the information that we had and who they were assigned to at all moments during every conversation. We never lied to any of our patients. Our office goal is to be the best and provide only excellence to every patient. So before you bad mouth a person, I suggest to get your facts before calling a person a name.
It is so sad what has happened to Dr. Morales. He used to be a great doctor with a great private practice. But I guess it wasn't enough for him. He is now part of mycaremedical which I guess only wants to take Medicare. They won't even accept cash. Its really bad how you dumped all of your patients without any type of notice. What kind of Doctor or Company does that. What a disgrace. A persons reputation should be something to be proud of but I guess the money got to you. You needed to make more. Additionally you should work on getting better office staff. Besides George who is amazing everyone else is rude and unfeeling. I hope you realize what you lost, but probably not because you are making more money know.
I have been Dr Morales patient for about 20 Year’s. My husband, cousin and husband, her daughter and husband and my aunt and daughter all go to him. Dr morales is a very good Dr. He has helped us all for years. Since he has been with IMA things are not the same. I had a mix up with my blood pressure medication, thinking I had a extra month. I called to make a appointment with Dr Morales as a self pay but was told they don’t take self pays. I left a message for George the office mgr and explained I don’t have insurance and am out of Blood pressure medication. I then went to the pharmacy to see why there wasn’t a month left. The pharmacy called Dr Morales office and the office told the pharmacy I was no longer a patient. So after 20 Year’s I’ve been left with 5 days of Blood pressure medication during a pandemic.
I have been seeing Dr. Morales for over 16 years now and I have always been a self pay patient. I have waited for a few months to get into see him and the day before my appointment one of his rude staff called me and told me that since I am a self pay that I need to find another doctor cause they DO NOT ACCEPT SELF PAY anymore. I wish that they didn't wait until the last minute to call. and what doctor doesn't accept cash, there are plenty of patients that do not have insurance and are self pay, I guess that he doesn't really care for his patients like he use to and he only cares to line his own pockets

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
