We had a visit with Dr Hacking on mdlive and he was very rude and wouldnt answer a question. He did call in our babys medication so I will give him 2 stars instead of 1. He only talked for about 2 mimutes and pretty much hung up while talking because he didnt want to answer a medication question. I would not see him again

Would give zero stars if possible. This person is an arrogant pompous human being. Called in for my infant who’s 20 days old. All my paperwork is submitted to my insurance which is provides retroactive coverage, but she’s not in the system yet. I just had pink eye and was prescribed antibiotics which cleared it in a day. My 20 day old is showing similar symptoms. Just wanted some advice. He hung up on me after talking down to me like I’m too stupid to understand why he could just suggest, take her into an urgent care… or anything. This person is a disgrace to the medical field. It was a phone call that was paid for. “Take her to an urgent care” or “don’t panic; but you should bring her in” was too much for this pompous jerk. He said “I know this is hard to understand; goodbye” and hung up. Good luck with this degenerate.

Just did my first ever MD Live and he was quick efficient and answered my questions. Even helped with another issue while he probed with questions and may help with another problem. Thanks, Dr.

I explained my problem of problems with my outer ear. I didn’t offer a lot of additional talk…I respect the doctors time. He was very friendly, to the point and provided two prescription that took care of the problem just as he said it would. I would recommend him for MDLIVE!

Cancelled two appointments at the last minute. One 10 minutes prior and another 5 minutes prior.

I had a televisit with Dr. Hacking this morning. He was very helpful, listened to my issues and gave me options on how to treat it. I was very happy with the appointment I had and would recommend him.

Had a sick child up & down all night, wasn't looking forward to a long video chat. Which it wasn't, he got straight to the point! He was great!

Would not recommend this Doctor and would actually advise family and friends to definitely avoid seeing this physician. He is arrogant and was extremely rude to me during a Telehealth visit. He was condescending and continued to speak over me and interrupt me. He was irritated that I was interested in using antibiotics to treat my son who has had a sinus infection for 12 days. He suggested using over the counter remedies despite the fact they were not helping and that myself and my other son responded well to antibiotics and were suffering with similar symptoms.

Excellent! He was friendly, listened to my concerns, and he didnt belittle my opinion about what I thought was going on. Everything went well. He seemed very knowledgeable and I felt I could trust his opinion. Also, everything on LiveMD was quick and easy so that was a plus.
