I can always get in to see dr. Kornfeld when I can never see my primary physician

Dr. Kornfeld is extremely thorough. He carefully gathers all the signs and symptoms of a patient's complex illness and does not stop until he has an accurate diagnosis. His staff is warm, friendly and supportive.

I can't say enough about this Doctor/office and especially Sarah who makes me feel like I am their only patient! She's very, caring, thorough; never misses a thing and always goes above and beyond! I wish I could clone her and put her in all my other doctors offices.

I had been living in Florida for about a year and developed horrible allergies. I finally had insurance coverage and was so happy to be able to see the doctor. When I finally got to meet him he looked at me and told me I had GERD, not allergies and I needed to lose weight, and he reccomended GERD medication. I insisted on allergy tests because my symptoms were way worse at certain times of the day and not related to what I ate. I got the tests done and it turns out I am allergic to most trees, grasses, weeds, molds, dust mites and cockroaches! He was abrupt and rude and took no interest in my situation and I left there crying. The nurses are very nice and compassionate though, and they have good hours.

Office is very understaffed. Expect long wait times. Allergy shots can take over an hour, an appointment expect to wait up to 45 minutes.

I waited an hour and 15 minutes before i saw the doctor. My son is 5 months old and he was screaming the enitre time because he was board and teething. No one made me aware of a delay. Not only that but when the doctor finally came in he stayed for about 5 minutes and told me what i already knew. When i complained a staff member seemed aggrivated to hear the complaint. i have never been to a worse doctors office. so unprofessional. I will not return for a visit with my son. the doctor didnt even look at my sons rash! made me feel unimportant.

I've been to 3 different allergists in the Tampa Bay area and Dr. Kornfeld is by far the best! He and his staff care about your health and well being and make it clear from day 1 to call him if you're sick. Shots are almost always in and out and guidelines are fully explained properly. Billing explained completely and understandable. I've been fighting allergies/asthma for 7+ years and Dr. Kornfeld by far has been the best to help me with them!

Great staff, always really friendly when you come in. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and with his help I hope to no longer need daily asthma medication! My mother also now goes to him and she likes it there too.

Since 1991, Dr. Kornfeld has helped me to better control my allergies & asthma. Instead of taking antihistamines, the monthly shots control my allergies - and I have many! He and his staff monitor my reactions, and I know that I am receiving the best care possible. When I first saw Dr. Kornfeld, I took more medications than I do now, and I don't miss them a bit! Dr. Kornfeld encourages me to be a proactive patient, & as such, I have avoided a full blown asthma attack since I started seeing him. I have been sick during these 19 years in his care; school teachers are exposed to many viruses! As his patient, I attribute my speedy recovery to his perceptive diagnoses & proper medicinal treatment. I know that there are other competent, professional, intelligent doctors out there, properly caring for their asthmatic and allergic patients. For me, there is only one who I will see, and that is Dr. Kornfeld. I highly recommend seeing him if you are plagued by allergies or if you are asthmatic, especially if you are dissatisfied with your current physician.
